“The room was not clean upon arrival, as there was hair on both the beds and the floor. We were also informed at the front desk that every room included a coffee pot, but our room did not have one. In addition, the room was missing some towels and only provided one bottle of shampoo and one small bar of soap.
Another major issue was that the third-party booking information stated that a continental breakfast was included, which was one of the main reasons I chose to book this room. However, no...

“Delightful stay! Fresh mountain air, cute baby goats playing “king of the mountain”, comfy bed, delicious breakfast, relaxing hot tub and friendly, helpful hosts. Couldn’t have been better. Highly recommend.”

“The hotel is a great location, with in walking distance of downtown manitou. The staff is friendly and helpful. We loved the historic feel of the hotel. The hotel is currently under construction until 2027 so be aware of that. It’s not super disruptive but something to be aware of. Would love to come back and stay again!”
