No smoking indoors
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A £500 charge will apply if there is evidence of smoking, to cover deep cleaning and any related damage.

🧶 Linen and Towel Care:

Guests are kindly requested to take reasonable care of all bed linen and towels provided during their stay.

Additional charges may apply if bed linen or towels are deliberately or excessively stained or damaged, including but not limited to:

* Removing makeup using towels.
* Makeup stains on towels, pillowcases, or bedding.
* Eating food in bed resulting in stains on bedding.
* Children’s drawings, paint, markers, or similar substances on bed linen.
* Any other avoidable stains or damage beyond normal use.

Where items cannot be professionally cleaned and must be replaced, the cost of cleaning or replacement may be charged to the guest.
