Cantina Thummerer: Tour e Visite Guidate

Unfortunately, my experience regarding room service was disappointing. On the first day, my room was not cleaned. When I reported this to the reception, I was told that the property does not provide full daily room cleaning, which I can understand if that is the hotel’s policy. However, I was also informed that staff would still regularly collect used towels, empty the trash bins, and check the room. After my complaint, I was specifically told that someone would come within a few minutes to collect the used towels, but nobody ever came. Furthermore, during the rest of my stay, even after I started leaving the required sign on the door, the promised service was never carried out. My main concern is not the lack of daily room cleaning itself, but the fact that the service described by the reception staff was never provided despite my report. This was disappointing and negatively affected my overall experience.

Piccolo Hotel pulito e ordinato. Staff sempre disponibile, gentile e preparato. La camera spaziosa e pulita con tutto il necessario super confortevole e con una vista stupenda. Colazione ottima
