“I knew I was in trouble when I was told they didn't even provide a small bar of soap to wash your hands after using the restroom! This place was poorly maintained, and dirty. The sheets were either dirty, or greasy from some random person's oil? I'll sleep in my car next time.”

“I first want to say the owners are very nice. I do think they wanted us to feel comfortable and welcome. The house is old and beautiful, my curiosity of growing up near this property made me want to stay here instead of Hampton Inn. The access to the living and dining room was appealing because my family still lives in keokuk and we don’t have anywhere big enough to relax and visit together.
