“I paid for a suite but when I got there, they told me that they don't have any suites available. The room looked poor and breakfast was gone before 10 am”

“I never actually got a room because the desk person gave me a key to someone else's room and then disappeared and never came back before I gave up waiting. He was either high or drunk or really sick because he couldn't stand up or do anything. He tried to keep my ID when he copied it. I gave up waiting for him to return and went to the hotel down the street. I'm still fighting to get a refund.”

“My assigned room had chunks of carpet missing. The doorframes were chipped and worn. The room didn’t appear to have been dusted in quite a while. The bathroom floor needed to be cleaned. There was an old molded coffee filter and grounds in the coffee pot. The refrigerator didn’t work and the front closet had a bunch of exposed wall anchors and missing shelves. Lastly, the wall nearest the window had suspicious dripping stains (disgusting). In all, not the greatest stay for the price. This hotel...

“It was so small and awful my sister and I didn’t there it was unacceptable, and I want a full refund. You shouldn’t put hotels that are under construction as ready for people to occupy. Please refund my money. Thank you!”
