Condovac La Costa – Budget Experience The location is convenient to Coco Beach, but Uber is still around $20 USD each way, so transportation adds up quickly. This is definitely a budget-oriented resort. Food was very basic and repetitive, often with items unavailable, and there was no access to food between meal times. Bar and drink options were also very limited. Don’t expect a typical all-inclusive experience. The resort is built on a VERY steep hill, making you reliant on the shuttle. It runs fairly regularly but always seemed unavailable when we needed it for something time-sensitive. Unfortunately, something was stolen from our room, so keep your belongings secured and don’t leave valuables out. Housekeeping also left our air conditioning off and curtains open. Be cautious booking tours through Jr, aka “Mr. Solutions,” on the beach. Communication was difficult, plans changed, and we felt completely screwed over. Get everything confirmed in writing and think twice before paying deposits upfront. The gift shop is limited, so bring essentials like contact lens solution and aloe. Wi-Fi is basically restricted to the lobby and some pool/restaurant areas. English is limited among much of the staff, which made communication difficult. Our room wasn’t ready at arrival, and when we needed help getting to a medical centre, the resort offered no meaningful assistance. They also stopped responding when we cancelled our shuttle and asked about parking.

The resort was nice, our rooms were clean but there were some issues with our room. The night stand in the room was broken and falling off the wall; it was not a huge deal but it did not sit level. Also some of the lettering of the movie quote on the wall had fallen off. For the most part, the restaurants were good and we enjoyed our meals in the evenings when we had reservations. The buffet was not our favorite. It very much felt like the same food for every meal. By the end of our 7 days I couldn't hardly stand going to the buffet. The staff was kind and helpful. We would have loved it if the pool could stay open later than 7 PM so our kids could swim late if they wanted. Overall, it was a great trip and we would go again.

È stata un’esperienza da dimenticare, scarsissima pulizia ovunque sia nelle camere che negli ambienti comuni, maleducati gli ospiti che lasciavano ovunque resti di mangiare e lanciavano da mangiare agli animali indifferenti ai cartelli ovunque presenti che vietavano severamente di dare da mangiare agli animali è più urla e schizzi continui di bambini e genitori maleducati che si tuffavano nelle piscine senza badare alle altre persone intente a rilassarsi. Asciugamani per la piscina bucati scoloriti e macchiati . Cibo di pessima qualità, fritti e rifritti chissà quante volte e le bevande erano bicchieri pieni di ghiaccio e basta. Intrattenimento e animazione banale deprimente. Al buffet sempre le solite cose e cotte malissimo. Nota di merito i giardini erano tenuti perfetti, peccato però che quando la mattina mi affacciavo sul giardinetto privato immancabilmente arrivava la secchiata d’acqua della cameriera che svuotava il secchio dalla terrazza della camera di sopra.
