“This is such a hidden gem of palm springs, I almost don’t want to write a review to keep it a secret. But Jessica & Tim deserve their flowers for this one! I stay at a lot of boutique hotels and many times at places if you look closely they cut corners on a lot of things, don’t continue upkeep compared to when booking photos were taken & lowkey kind of dirty at times. That is NOT the case with this place! You can tell they took their time to make this place perfect and have worked on keeping...

“The staff was really attentive and polite, the room a bit on the small size and without television :-0. A tablet is provided but we didn’t use it because we had our own. Cleanliness ok. Coffee and bites offered in the morning”

“Staff, specifically Michelle is adorable and very helpful. Rooms were absolutely clean, just wish that pool and hot tub were a bit cleaner but again everything was even better than in pics!!”

“Hotel molto bello, piscina fantastica. pulita! Peccato che le camere sono dei bungalow con pareti e tetti praticamente "di cartone". Impossibile soggiornarci perché le pareti bruciavano e la temperatura della camera interna non scendeva sotto i 30 gradi neppure con l'aria condizionata al massimo. Siamo dovuti scappare e cambiare hotel, Bello ma da andarci solo quando la temperatura esterna è gradevole e non calda.”

“Very spacious and well-equipped kitchen. I like that there were two bathrooms. I wished that the check-out time out would be a bit later so we could have taken full advantage of all the activities the facility had to offer.”

“Hotel di design e molto trendy. Piscina tranquilla ed ampia durante la mattina, nel pomeriggio pool party. Camere molto rumorose.”

“I had higher hopes for this place. Our bathroom had a horrible odor, we did not shower and luckily only stayed one night. The balcony door also doesn't shut close. There was old food placed outside rotting. Pool also did not look clean and there were dogs running around everywhere.”

“The air-conditioning in the room was pretty awful. Even on the lowest setting it was extremely noisy so you couldn't sleep, but if you turned it off it was extremely stuffy so you still couldn't sleep. Otherwise the room was fine. The bathroom was nice but could have use some piece of furniture to put you things on as there was really not much counter space. The landscaping around the outside of the property was a bit sad and could use more attention”

“The pool area was very lively and provided very tasty drinks and food. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast and very delicious. Happy hour cocktails the buildings are worn and could use some updating.”

“It is an unmanned property which means no one is there to help if you need it. The hottub was cold for a full day of our stay, which is unfortunate because we booked a place with a hottub specifically. We messaged them at around 8am with no response until around 2pm. Then no one came to fix it and no updates from staff. The room on the other side was having a very loud party. We waited until a reasonable hour to message staff. Around 1am. No response from staff at all. It is dated, but fairly...
