“For starters I asked for a handicap room like we stayed in the previous weekend but to no avail. 1. The beds in the room 103 are 3+ foot off floor (my 91yr. mom needed a bench to get up in to the bed, my husband fell out of the bed, and I pulled on the sheets to help me get up into the bed). 2. “The room is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The blackout curtains are wonderful, however the mattress leaves a lot to be desired. Note the walls are thin so if someone has a 4:30 am alarm they don’t turn off…”

“The room we were originally given was dark and cave-like. The pool was out of service for the first two days of our stay. There was nothing to watch on the TV. We complained and were moved to another room that was better. Still nothing to watch on the TV. I have no idea what cable service they have, but it is terrible. We were promised that we would have one night refunded, but that never happened. My biggest issue came when the pool reopened and we found one of the doors was unlocked. HUGE...
