“Overall nice but no stopper for bathtub for a bath and hot tub was down but was not mentioned when booking.”

“The bed was comfy and clean, but the property is pretty worn and not super tidy. ”

“Parking lot snow removal could be better. Once we found a parking spot, we backed into and parked onto a snow bank. Either have a vendor that can properly remove the snow or add more parking spaces. We avoid using public WIFI, our mobile service was terrible in our rooms. We could only receive internet service once we left the building. ”

“There is an EV Charger in a public lot right next door to the hotel.”

“beautiful view of the lake. Room clean and kept up. hotel is close to many shops. Staff was amazing--especially Lisa at the front desk at 1am. she helped calm a fussy baby.”

“My room was clean and comfortable. Staff were personable. Breakfast was nice to have in the morning. Didn't use the pool but it seemed to be clean and well maintained. The lamp on the nightstand was not working. I think was surprised that they don't freshen the rooms daily. There were more than enough towels for 2 people for 3 nights. If I needed more I only had to ask. Parking was good. Close to many restaurants!”

“Very very nice hotel. Hot tub jets were strong and very relaxing.”

“The breakfast menu was standard, the heating in the room was difficult to keep even temp, we had to keep adjusting and it would get very loud at times. But we were very dismayed that the TV wouldn't work at all. They sent someone to try fixing it, to no avail, so they did discount our stay.”

“This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. Its located near all the hot spots. We loved our stay here. ”

“Went to crack in and they informed us the pool was closed. Had kids that wanted to swim. Everyone checking in wanted the water slide and it was closed. Everyone went elsewhere. Staff not helpful, lobby looked unkept. Their website states water slide but we heard it has been closed for some time. They shd fix their website. ”
