“Dual king bed rooms was great! Perfect for the family. We would’ve overlooked the ‘No Courtesy luggage hold’, the wet dog smell in the elevator, and broken night lamps. But even though we could have daily housekeeping we opted to do it just once during our 4 night stay to be eco-friendly and considerate. “The hotel was in the process of being remodeled but we were there on the weekend and things were quiet. The room was very clean and nice. The bed was comfortable and the water views were beautiful. The hotel was right next door to Cedars restaurant and we had great food and a very nice server. The staff at the hotel were great too!”

“Our stay was comfortable, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, the interior room and bathroom were well kept. That hotel is 60 years old and it's held up pretty well. Value is good for the daily rack rate in Kennewick. 2-3 Stars depending on what you tolerate for a nights sleep! Gripe: Expedia sold it with breakfast included...there's no food service as advertised!”

“Our room was located on bottom floor. Between the noise from guest above us and city noise, we didn't sleep very well. They only offer coffee in the lobby. They did offer breakfast before covid.
