“The proper tea was beautiful with magnificent views. The room and amenities were well aligned with the nightly price. The problem with the property is the layout is crazy. You have to go upstairs, down the hall, down an elevator to get where you need to go. It was so confusing. And the fact that you had to buy the supplies to make s’mores with ridiculous. Many hotels do s’mores at night now and I’ve never had to pay anywhere that I’ve stayed. That was disappointing. And everything closes by 10...

“I don't normally complain but wanted to share our experience. There were 2 issues that I feel like were very unsatisfactory. I'll start with- the room was amazing, the gentleman that checked us in was very informative and helpful and we were off to a great start... Until we got back to our room after exploring the outlets, downtown Park City, having dinner and enjoying the pool/hot tub.
On my initial reservation I said there would be 2 adults and 2 children. We had NO bedding for the sleeper...

“The hotel was beautiful. The front desk was always friendly and helpful. Even when a water main broke, they offered to shuttle us to another hotel for showers until it was fixed. The break was not their fault but they took such great care of us.”
