Located close to Lucca in the Tuscany region of Italy, Casa Musa is a lovely apartment in a restored house with a garden and private swimming pool. Situated in the hills outside Lucca, the apartment is close to local shops and restaurants, several villages, and within driving distance of the medieval city of Lucca and the sea.

Casa Musa (75 sqm) is a first-floor apartment. The property managers live on the ground floor and are happy provide information and assistance to guests while respecting their privacy.

The apartment has a private entrance via stairs from the garden. The living area consists of a sitting room (with sofa, armchairs, and satellite TV) and a well-equipped kitchen/diner (with table for 6). The sleeping area consists of one double bedroom (with double bed), one triple bedroom (with double bed and single bed) and one bathroom (with shower, washbasin, bidet, and toilet).

One the ground floor you will find the laundry room and the entrance to the property manager’s apartment/reception.

Outside, the garden features a private swimming pool (8m x 4m; depth 1.3m; open from 01/04 to 31/10) with a sunbathing area (with sun loungers) and an outdoor shower (cold water). You will also find a shady outdoor dining area and private parking for two cars. The garden, pool and dining area are exclusively for the use of guests renting the apartment.
