Antica Fornace recentemente restaurata situata sulle colline a nord di Lucca (mt 250 s.l.m.) nella bellissima zona delle cinquecentesche ville dei nobili lucchesi.
Circondata da olivi, alberi da frutto e piante di limone la casa gode di una splendida vista sulle verdi colline circostanti e sulla piana di Lucca.

Villetta graziosissima

Struttura molto bella, in ordine, completamente indipendente, dotata di tutti i comfort per un perfetto soggiorno. Zona tranquillissima a 15 minuti da Lucca e dai paesi principali della zona. Giardino recintato privato che garantisce totale privacy e sicurezza per i bambini e per gli animali domestici.

Un'oasi di pace immersa nelle colline lucchesi

Tratta da un'antica fornace recuperata e ristrutturata, quest'abitazione gode di una vista spettacolare sulla pianura circostante. In un piccolo e curato giardino pieno di alberi da frutto sorge questa proprietà, interamente recintata, a soli 15 minuti dal centro di Lucca. La proprietaria Isabella è squisita e disponibilissima mentre l'alloggio è ben curato e funzionale, ideale sia per famiglie che per un gruppo di amici.

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen an diesem wundervollen Platz. Es gibt alles, was man braucht, um selbst zu kochen, ebenso fußläufig fantastische Restaurants und einen regionalen Lebensmittelladen. Matraia ist ein beschaulicher Ort und gleichzeitig gut für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Das Haus und der Garten sind liebevoll gestaltet und sehr großzügig. Isabella ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, zugewandt und freundlich mit vielen Tipps für Ausflüge. Wir kommen wieder!!! Danke Isabella dass du diesen großartigen Platz geschaffen hast.

Tolle Unterkunft die nichts vermissen läßt

Wir haben einen tollen und entspannten Urlaub verlebt. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet und war hintsichtlich Übergabe und Sauberkeit top. Die zwei Terassen boten immer gute Möglichkeit je nach Sonnenstand entspannt zu sitzen. Das Grundstück war umzäunt und somit auch für unseren Hund gut geeignet. Wir haben von Isabella tolle Ausflugziele bekommen. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub.

Agréable gîte dans un écrin de verdure

Accueil chaleureux de la part d'Isabella qui prodigue bons conseils et informations et sait être présente en cas de petits pépins. Lorsque comme nous vous ne parlez pas italien, cela aide beaucoup d'avoir une interlocutrice maîtrisant bien le français !Le gîte est environné d'arbres et de plantes, citronniers, oliviers, abricotiers, tilleuls, cerisiers etc. En ce début mai nous avons pu profiter des citrons et des premières cerises et le soir admirer le ballet des lucioles !A moins d'une heure de Pise, 1h30 de Florence et 20mn de Lucques (une ville à ne pas manquer) tout en étant au calme, l'emplacement est idéal !

Wir möchten uns ganz besondersbei unserer Gastgeberin Isabella für das herzliche Willkommen bedanken.Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit in einem Top Ferienhaus in den Bergen von Lucca.Zwischen Olivenhainen mit zwei Terrassen und einem Blick auf Lucca.Sehr gut zu finden mit sicherem Parkplatz und komplett eingezäunt.Es empfängt einen eine mediterrane Atmosphäre schon vor dem Haus durch die Oliven, Zitronenspaliere und dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus.Wir haben die Tage hier sehr genossen und werden wiederkommen.Es gibt in der Nähe eine Osteria in der man leckere Wurst,Schinken,Käse und andere Lebensmittel in einem kleinen Laden kaufen kann.Für einen größeren Einkauf können wir den Esselunga Supermarkt empfehlender eine riese Auswahl an guten Lebensmitteln führt.Lucca ist eine tolle Stadt die uns besser als Florenz gefallen hat. Sehr schönerWeg auf der Stadtmauer und sehenswerte Altstadt mit schönen Gebäuden.Viele Gastronomiebetriebe mit Außenbereich, tolle Geschäfte.Leckeres Eis und Patisserien sowie überall erstklassiger Kaffee und Cappuccino.Wir haben überwiegend selbst gekocht mit den leckeren italienischen Zutaten und es war einfach schön das Essen in der Atmosphäre unseres Ferienhauses und Garten zu genießen.Mit der Wahl dieses Ferienhauses hatten wir alles richtig gemacht.Nochmals Danke an Isabella und Ihre Familie für die schöne Zeit.

Schönes Haus - super Lage

Das Ferienhaus, mit Blick auf Lucca, ist sehr gut gelegen. Wir haben eine tolle Zeit und wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge mit unserem Hund auf der Terrasse genossen. We booked this property last year with great expectations and after our 9 day stay it has exceeded everything we hoped for. Our host Isabella was the best and helped with recommendations and the little things that set this property apart from others in the area. I highly recommend this property and quaint little home to anyone visiting the Lucca area in the future.

Beautiful!

The property gardens and being surrounded by the hills was absolutely everything you would want from a Tuscan getaway. Our stay here was lovely and Isabella was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing that threw me off a bit was the fact that we were told that we would have to pay for our energy usage upon check in by Isabella. This was never mentioned anywhere in our booking before hand, nor after we booked, so to be told on the day of checking in was a surprise. The money was paid in cash to Isabella and no receipt was provided. It was not a big charge as we were barely at the house most days and being that Isabella was so accommodating in helping us retrieve one of our lost luggage we did not question it, and just paid her the €32 she charged. Other than this the house is very beautiful and a major plus for anyone who likes quiet, relaxing holidays. told that

Schattig huisje op top-locatie!

Prettig en net huisje met airco, gelegen op keurig onderhouden terrein met prachtig uitzicht. Fijne overdekte plekken om te zitten in de zon of de schaduw. Tuin met olijfbomen, fruitbomen en veel bloeiende planten, prachtig! Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor Lucca, Pisa, Pistoia, Firenze en de bergen. Lucca op 12 min rijden. Het middeleeuwse stadje Barga op 30 min rijden. Grote supermarkt Esselunga op 10 min afstand. Er is veel te zien in de omgeving! Maar de zeer hartelijke host Isabella en haar man zijn helemaal “top of the bill”. Isabella weet veel van de omgeving en geeft goede tips in perfect Engels. So far, so good. Wij kregen echter flinke pech met onze auto. Isabella is tot het uiterste gegaan om ons te helpen. En daar zijn wij haar enorm dankbaar voor! Hier staat de ultieme gastvrouw, die een groot hart voor haar gasten heeft. Dank je wel lieve Isabella en Alessandro, voor alles wat jullie voor ons gedaan hebben. Wij komen zeker terug naar dit idyllische plekje!!! Liefs, Richard en Anita

Beautiful and calm stay in the mountains close to Lucca

We had an amazing time at Isabella's beautiful house! We couldn't have wished for a better vacation and hope to stay longer the next time! Isabella was a truly helpful, kind and generous host and we are very thankful. We are a family of four with two kids (aged 7 and 4) and the property was ideal for our family. The fact that the garden was fenced in was also perfect, so we didn't have to worry about the kids wandering off. The kids loved sleeping in the bunk bed, everything was very clean and nice, and the kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. The views of the surrounding mountains were breathtaking and the whole scene was very serene and beautiful, everything was calm and it is truly a place where you can relax. (Despite this, the town of Lucca was only 15 minutes away by car, so the location is just perfect). There are two designated dining places in the garden, which was perfect, we enjoyed all our meals outside. There are mosquito screens on all the windows, so you can leave them open through the night without worrying about the bugs coming in, which was nice. Plenty of bed linen and towels and a washing machine, which is always helpful when you're traveling with kids! We can't recommend Isabella's place enough and definitely hope to come back one day!

A very short review!

This will be a very dull read! It's our third stay here and it just gets better and better! It feels like home but in one of the most lovely parts of beautiful Toscana. Nothing is missing from the house that you'd need and Isabella just keeps adding super 'extras'. Stay here and I can guarantee that you will have a beautiful and memorable experience, and I'll bet that you'll return!

Wunderschönes Haus in der Toskana

Wer Entspannung und Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig. Uns und unserem Hund hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Grundstück ist weitläufig und eingezäunt. Die Beschreibung des Hauses entspricht den Tatsachen. Es war toll !

Unser erster Urlaub in der Toskana , und gleich ein Volltreffer ! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Isabella ist eine sehr liebe Gastgeberin und unterstütz ohne zu zögern bei Bedarf. Alles war so wie es beschrieben und bebildert in der Anzeige angegeben war. Es ist ein guter Standort um seine eigenen kleinen Abenteuer zu beginnen. Wir würden ohne zu zögern erneut dort gerne wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.
