The spacious 48 m² open-plan living and dining area opens onto two bright verandas through large sliding glass doors with electric shutters, allowing you to make the most of the sunny weather.

The fully equipped, light-filled kitchen includes a dining area and opens directly onto the outdoor terrace, where you'll find a dining table, comfortable seating and a gas plancha for al fresco meals. A secure staircase leads to the private 8 x 5 m swimming pool (1 m deep), surrounded by a 45 m² wooden sun deck.

Sun loungers and a parasol are provided for relaxing by the pool.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and features:

Just a few minutes by bike from the Atlantic Ocean and its long sandy beaches, the villa is perfectly located for discovering Capbreton, Hossegor and the surrounding area. Take advantage of the extensive cycling paths to reach the lively harbour, browse the local markets or try your hand at surfing the famous Landes waves.

Nature lovers will enjoy the nearby pine forest walks, while food enthusiasts can discover the many excellent restaurants and tapas bars in the town centres and along the seafront.
