  • The ocean is calling you from this well-designed, perfectly furnished beach home. We've done our best to ensure you have an awesome beach time! Bike or walk around the area and beach, grill out in the backyard patio, and chill under the stars or mellow string lights. Amenities galore with beach bikes, chairs, umbrella, ice chest, games, toys, body boards, and wagon. Sunrise or sunset walks on the beach is less than 5 minutes away. The tans may fade, your memories will last forever!

    *3 easy blocks to the BEACH, 20 min walk to Cocoa Beach Pier, 5 min drive to Port Canaveral, 20 min to Kennedy Space Center, 45 min to/from MCO Orlando Airport, and 50 min to Orlando and Disney!

    This Property is set up to host Vacations.
    *Beach Gear, Towels, Umbrellas, Chairs, Coolers, Sand Toys, and Kids Toys, bicycles.

    *Bathroom stocked just in case you forget something (starter pack of toiletries)
    *2 bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
    *Laundry located inside
    *all Queen/King beds and all sofa sleepers have High quality mattresses

    *Included in the unit is an air mattress, and pack n play crib.

Wonderful host, great communication, provided daily adventure tips and the house was full of amenities, including beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, tent, etc. About three blocks walk to the beach.

Our family had a fantastic time at this vacation rental. It was clean and well-stocked with everything from kitchen utensils to bug spray and sunscreen. The location also can’t be beat! We LOVED the easy walk to the beach and being a quick drive away from downtown Cocoa Beach and great fishing spots. I was worried about the house getting too warm, but the AC was awesome and kept us nice and cool all week.Another highlight was all the beach chairs, tent, wagon, etc. We didn’t have to bring any beach gear from home- not even a cooler or towels.I would 100% recommend this property.

This is a beautiful property just a few minute walk from the beach (or take a bike and cit that tine in half). My wife and I came down for our honeymoon, and it was everything we could ask for and more! Jupiter is an excellent host, super communicative and helpful if needed. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and everyone is just so darn friendly you'd think you're dreaming. We have had an absolute blast (especially with the rocket launches) and can't wait to come back.

Absolutely amazing location for cruisers. Close to rental car return and port. Jupiter was amazing with his contact with us. The place is amazing for family stay.close walk to the beach is at the end of the road. Lots of good food around the area too.

We loved our stay! Easy access to the beach and the property was beautiful. It was also easy to access the highway and other parts of Cape Canaveral/Cocoa.

We absolutely loved our stay! Excellent location, close to the beach and anything else you need. Don't bring anything, they are so well stocked and equipped! Our family of 5 from MI will definitely be back!

Great location and the amenities exceeded expectations. We made great use of the garage toys and bikes and really enjoyed the whole vibe of the property. Our friends stayed in the other side of the house and it was such a perfect set up for 2 families going on vacation together. The property manager has been exceptional to work with, and I would return for sure. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Cape Canaveral

We had a great stay at the house. Snacks left by Jupiter were ate up fast by papaw and our little girl. Everything was perfect and clean! The garage is stocked with everything needed for a beach visit, and a great Propane grill. Would definitely stay again.

Cape Canaveral duplex

Small but adequate duplex in decent neighborhood with great location to everything in the Cape area. Nice beach amenities in garage and small but nice backyard.

Good spot to stay. Loved having all the extras like a garage full of beach items to use. Host was easy to talk with. Would stay again.Only negative we had was that during the day at the house it could get pretty warm inside even with the air running. The air conditioner couldn’t keep up with the heat of the Florida summer.

Jupiter, the host went above and beyond. He was super helpful with tips on places to eat, visit, rocket launches, etc. I love that this place had everything you need for the beach. We didn’t have to pack any beach necessities. Saved us a ton of room in the car! Super helpful since we were coming from 8 hours away with 3 kids under 7 in tow. Beach was an easy walk with the 3 kids and not super crowded even for Memorial Day weekend. We were able to see a rocket launch from the beach too! Another cool thing was all the peacock sightings. Kids absolutely loved this. We looked for them on our walk to the beach each day. This is a great area for families. Great location. Only about 30 minutes to Kennedy space center as well as the Brevard zoo. Maybe 10 minutes drive to closest grocery store in cocoa beach. Short 17 minutes drive to a cheaper option (aldis). Host was super quick to reply to any questions. Let us know that the door lock needed new batteries and communicated a convenient time for us to drop by and switch them out. I’d recommend this place to anyone! Thanks again for such a wonderful stay. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

A great rental!

We were so pleased with our time at this property! It was a very short walk to the beach and was cute and tidy. The extra amenities in the garage really made our stay really great. Tons of beach stuff, chairs, even puddle jumpers! Great for kids! The hosts made it super easy to stay here and enjoy! 😊

Close to beach with lots of beach toys

Neighborhood was extremely quiet at night. Communication with the host was welcoming and clear and he was very responsive. The house was as listed and had lots of creature comforts. We had everything we needed. The house was a straight 40 minute drive from MCO.
