The ocean is calling you from this well-designed, perfectly furnished beach home. We've done our best to ensure you have an awesome beach time! Bike or walk around the area and beach, grill out in the backyard patio, and chill under the stars or mellow string lights. Amenities galore with beach bikes, chairs, umbrella, ice chest, games, toys, body boards, and wagon. Sunrise or sunset walks on the beach is less than 5 minutes away. The tans may fade, your memories will last forever!

*3 easy blocks to the BEACH, 20 min walk to Cocoa Beach Pier, 5 min drive to Port Canaveral, 20 min to Kennedy Space Center, 45 min to/from MCO Orlando Airport, and 50 min to Orlando and Disney!
* Short distance to restaurants, night life, shops, groceries and all that Cape Canaveral & Cocoa Beach has to offer.

This Property is set up to host Vacations.
*Beach Gear, Towels, Umbrellas, Chairs, Coolers, Sand Toys, and Kids Toys, bicycles.
*Full Kitchen
*Bathroom stocked just in case you forget something (starter pack of toiletries)
*2 bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
*Laundry located inside
*all Queen/King beds and all sofa sleepers have High quality mattresses
*Streaming services include: Roku, Hulu, ESPN, Disney+ on the TV
*Included in the unit is an air mattress, and pack n play crib.

*An additional $40 cleaning fee may be applied for units that are beyond normal clean up.
*Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am.

This is a beautiful property just a few minute walk from the beach (or take a bike and cit that tine in half). My wife and I came down for our honeymoon, and it was everything we could ask for and more! Jupiter is an excellent host, super communicative and helpful if needed. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and everyone is just so darn friendly you'd think you're dreaming. We have had an absolute blast (especially with the rocket launches) and can't wait to come back.

Overall the property was fine for our stay. All was clean inside with the exception of the shower grout which had some mold/mildew. Also, unless I missed it somehow in the listing, we did not know the property has a shared garage and backyard with the attached other property. Parking is done on the front lawn. Having access to beach equipment was a plus.

Great place to stay! We just happened to bring Iowa’s cold down with us the weekend we stayed and Florida had record cold….. My adult kids still loved the trip and walking the beach which is so close. The peacocks roaming the neighborhood were awesome too! Would definitely stay here again the next time we come down.

Nice little duplex in a quiet neighborhood. Host gave us great information to help us enjoy the area. Wonderful addition of beach chairs, bikes, even coolers and a buggy to help haul the stuff the three blocks to the beach. Comfortable beds (living room furniture not so comfortable), clean and well appointed. Very thoughtful in supplying everything needed. Fantastic wide clean beach.

Absolutely amazing location for cruisers. Close to rental car return and port. Jupiter was amazing with his contact with us. The place is amazing for family stay.close walk to the beach is at the end of the road. Lots of good food around the area too.

Great location and the amenities exceeded expectations. We made great use of the garage toys and bikes and really enjoyed the whole vibe of the property. Our friends stayed in the other side of the house and it was such a perfect set up for 2 families going on vacation together. The property manager has been exceptional to work with, and I would return for sure. Highly recommend!

Good spot to stay. Loved having all the extras like a garage full of beach items to use. Host was easy to talk with. Would stay again.Only negative we had was that during the day at the house it could get pretty warm inside even with the air running. The air conditioner couldn’t keep up with the heat of the Florida summer.

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at the house! everything was so clean and the owners were so lovely! They had snacks for us, and the fridge was stocked with a few essentials. It was so great! there was a place to wash clothes and they had a pack and play for the little one! Everything smelled fresh and the house had no bugs or critters! The outdoor shower was so helpful for keeping things sand free. The house was SUPER well stocked with all necessities for cooking. It is so close to the beach which is a must with kids! We truly had a lovely time. My one complaint would be that the furniture is worn out and could use some new items! But other than that it is a must stay place! We hope to come back!

Great place to stay in Cape Canaveral

We had a great stay at the house. Snacks left by Jupiter were ate up fast by papaw and our little girl. Everything was perfect and clean! The garage is stocked with everything needed for a beach visit, and a great Propane grill. Would definitely stay again.

Cocoa Beach Vacation

First time to Cocoa Beach. The house was pretty much perfect for the 3 of us who went. The house was comfortable and well stocked including beach items in the garage. We did not get to use them due to a short stay. The beach was very close and we could hear the waves from the front yard on a quiet night. The process of checking in and out was very clear and no confusion. It could only have been better if the backyard would have been setup to relax outside. We very much looked forward to outdoor time being from a very cold Ohio. Overall, the house was comfortable and we enjoyed our time. The Peacocks walking down the road everyday was an added and unexpected surprise which we found very entertaining.
