Getting Around:

Having a car is the easiest way to explore Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, Port Canaveral, and the surrounding Space Coast, while Uber and Lyft are also commonly available throughout the area. Space Coast Area Transit Route 9 serves the Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach corridor for guests who prefer public transportation.



For beach days, you won't need transportation at all. Simply walk out of the home and use the property's private beach access to head directly to the sand.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

PLEASE NOTE:

• Mailbox access is not available for guests

• This is a two-story home with no elevator access. Guests will need to use stairs to access the second floor and upstairs balcony.

• All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

• While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

• Some amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Florida's warm climate means insects, lizards, geckos, and other local wildlife are occasionally seen. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment.
