The immaculate pool was a refreshing retreat, complemented by the ease of beach access that allowed us to seamlessly blend poolside relaxation with ocean-side exploration. Ideal for our family of four, the condo struck the perfect balance between spacious privacy and cozy communal areas. Dining out was a breeze with a variety of good restaurants nearby, enhancing our experience without stretching our budget. The reasonable pricing of the condo itself felt like a luxury without the expense, providing value that exceeded our expectations. Fast Wi-Fi kept us connected, and the covered parking was a thoughtful convenience, adding to the ease of our stay. The proximity to a Publix Grocery Store ensured we were never far from anything we needed. Nice Unit Other problems interrupted enjoying it
The very beginning was ridiculous. We had to drive 5 miles out of our way to get the key. It was supposed to be in an alley behind a restaurant. We felt like we were committing some kind of crime. The nice manager met us and gave us the key. She said we were too early to pick it up at the designated place. Next, when we finally get in, we find out that you can’t enter the elevator on the 4th floor. You have to go downstairs to enter. If those 2 things would have been revealed to us, we would NOT have rented there. We are in pretty good shape, but I have an ankle injury and it’s difficult to walk down steps. Next, there were several times that BOTH elevators were out. On the day before our departure, we had to start packing. We had to carry EVERYTHING down 4 flights of stairs. At one point, we spoke to a lady who told us she helped her 88 year old mom to the 8th floor. We were so sick of the place by the time we left. The unit we rented was very nice. It was all the circumstances that made our visit sub par. I would like to suggest that these problems be revealed so that the renter can at least know what to expect. I will not rent there again. We heard many complaints from other tenants about the elevators. I don’t know who runs the property but someone should give them a heads up.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location
Clean, comfortable, wonderful views, pool was about 81 - 82 degrees and spotless, Comfortable bed in master. No complaints, Manager answered our questions quickly and made sure we were comfortable. It was a bit tricky getting the key on day one. It was off site about 5 miles away and in a tiny box about 3 inches by 2 inches, outside a building Once we found The box it was easy. I would love to stay here again.

Very nice overall
Great location as long as you want to be afraid from restaurants, etc. parking stall included. Very clean, washer/dryer in unit. Worst thing was the bed in the master bedroom, most uncomfortable thing I have ever tried to sleep on.

Beach View
This condo perfectly met all our needs! We came to hang out with family and the condo accommodated our gatherings with a fully appointed kitchen and comfortable seating. We loved the beach views from our patio every morning and evening. The beach was a short walk away and the pool was large and extremely clean. We would definitely recommend this condo!

Great location for us
We have been to the Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area 11 times. This location was perfect for us. All are favorite eats are nearby. Condo was neat and clean, we only ate breakfast there, but as a cook I could see the kitchen was well equipped. Hope to be back to this condo.

Great family vacation
Had a wonderful time here. The teenagers loved the pool and immediate access to the beach. Restuarants are a short drive. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was awesome, giving everyone a little more space. I definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent place to stay! Breathtaking ocean views. Easy beach access!
Every morning we sipped our coffee on the patio while taking in breathtaking views of the ocean and swimming pool. Just the sounds of the waves breaking rhythmically calmed the soul. The property was spotless, well decorated and had plenty of amenities. The kitchen was well stocked. The location is perfect. Great restaurants by Port Canaveral in one direction and afternoon drinks at Cocoa Beach pier in the other. The management of the property is superb. I can’t say enough about it. Acquiring the key offsite seemed strange but the lockbox was easy to find and it was safe. Even with our delayed arrival at midnight. My only recommendations were for a better mattress in the primary suite and a wine opener. I’ve stayed at a different property earlier in the year and there is no comparison to this stay. Just 100% satisfied. I hope we can return in the future.

Beach trip 2020
We had a great time on this trip. The property and room were very clean and well kept. The only thing wrong with this listing description is it says 1 king bed 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. There was no queen bed but did have a little twin pull out. Even though it still worked out for us. We had easy access to pool, beach and only short drives restaurants. We will definitely stay here again. Our only disappointment was having to leave. Thanks for sharing your condo with us. It was great!!!

Very Nice Place
This condo was just as pictured on VRBO. It just needs small maintenance. The lights in the kitchen didn’t always turn on. My husband called the property manager. She did get an electrician there. He will recommend things to be done to manager. Kitchen was well stocked if you want to do some cooking. Condo is spacious and comfortable Close to the beach and other things.

the condo was clean and very nice , but i didn't like that i wasn' t allowed to turn the air conditioner below 75 degrees, whic is a lot warmer than i like it.

Terrific locale with views to match
The condo was clean and well appointed. The kitchen needs updating, but very functional. Beds were comfortable, but pillows flat. The pool was lovely and a good temperature. We enjoyed sipping morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves and pelicans moving too and fro. But the best part of our stay was watching the launch of the SpaceX Falcon 9 from the condo. Awesome location for viewing. We recommend this property if you are visiting Cocoa Beach.

Great location with views of the ocean and pool. Need new sheets. The ones on the king bed were worn and not comfortable. The vent in the bathroom was really loud. Would not have turned it on except the light was also connected to that switch. Could use a little updating but overall nice condo that suited our needs.

Great Stay!
The stay was great! It was a great place. I only wish I had seen the extra costs associated booking through VRBO as opposed to having booked directly through the property association. I could've saved quite a bit having done so.

Not perfect but a good value for the money!
Wife and I spent 2 weeks in Canaveral Towers in August and had a very relaxing vacation. CT unit 402 met most of our needs. The kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, dishes and had modern appliances. The grounds and public areas at Canaveral Towers are very well maintained and the covered parking was a definite plus. Beach access was excellent ...inclined ramps instead of steps to cross the dunes made using a wheeled beach cart very easy. PLUS the beach itself was nearly perfect; wide expanse of sand and very clean. Quiet/safe neighborhood. There were a few issues that kept it from being a 5 star stay; none of which kept us from enjoying our vacation. 1. The Internet access is via a hotel style Hot Spot that every condo at Canaveral Towers can access and my tablet kept reminding me the connection was not secure. There is a private Cable Wi-Fi modem/router in the unit but it did not connect to the Internet. I could log into the router (the password was printed on the modem/router) but the router itself would not connect to the Internet. This is a quote from the owner regarding the Internet in response to previous review: " ...the internet you were trying to hook up to was probably the BUILDING internet, you want to hook up to the UNIT's own PRIVATE internet, and the instructions are in the unit. It is a cable modem." Actually the instructions in the unit are for connecting to the BUILDING INTERNET, not the private modem. 2. The water from the faucets has a bad smell and taste. After talking with other guests, it appears this is the case in all of the Canaveral Towers units ... buy some bottled water. 3. The washing machine is also the dryer. It takes roughly 3 hours to wash and dry a small load of clothes. Towels/sheets take much longer. Also you cannot dry one load while you wash another one. It is a very ineffecient system. Also, the laundry room is in the master closet and open to the master bedroom and there is no door between, so the noise from the machine means you cannot go to bed while you wash/dry a load of clothes. Not a big deal, but really should put a door in the closet/laundry room. If secure Internet is not a big concern, and you bring bottled water, then this unit works fine for a couple or a family of 4. A party of 6 would have problems with sleeping arrangements (no slepper sofa) and the dining area only has 4 chairs. All things considered, we had a great vacation and I will definitely stay there again.

Great view of beach
The condo is nice but needs a few upgrades. Could use a new TV and better washer dryer. My family had a very nice stay and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful view but unit needs deep cleaning.
Love the location and the people that live in this building. Unit was nice enough but needs some attention to detail. I have a list to submit to the apartment manager/owner. Relaxing setting to be sure! Pool and grounds are well kept.

Nice property for the money
Nice location and a nce property for the money. However, it did have a few issues. The biggest issue was the internet service. Most of the time there was no service, although at times service was available for several hours. Internet issues: My devices, phone, iPad or computer would always connect to the router, but the router would only stay connected to the server for about 60 seconds and shut off.....very frustrating. Additionally, the old tube type TV in the living room should be replaced. It did work fine, but most channels are HD and it was rather fuzzy. I'd probably not recommend this unit if internet is important to your stay, otherwise it was fine.
