Cape Winds 507 è orgogliosamente di proprietà di 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', il più grande proprietario di case vacanze sulla spiaggia premium sulla Space Coast!

Siete alla ricerca di quel luogo ideale per le vostre vacanze? Non cercare altrove - Cape Winds 507 ha tutto. Questo attico, OCEANFRONT unità di condominio dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni e ha un unico BALCONE AMPIO DOPPIO. Si può camminare sul grande balcone dal soggiorno e la camera matrimoniale. Si può anche vedere l'oceano quando siete sdraiati nel vostro accogliente letto matrimoniale! Il balcone ha un tavolo e 4 sedie e due poltrone e un tavolino.

La cucina è dotata di nuovi armadi, contro parte superiore ed elettrodomestici e tutte le pentole, padelle, piatti e posate di cui avrete bisogno per fare un pasto speciale! Ci sono tre sgabelli da bar sul bancone della cucina accanto al nuovo tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare 6 persone. Il soggiorno ha un involucro di cuoio intorno divano che può anche tirare fuori in un letto. C'è anche un 52 "TV al plasma con un lettore DVD per il vostro divertimento.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto nuovo di zecca con un letto King, TV, lettore DVD, cabina armadio, una VISTA DELL'OCEANO, accesso al balcone e un bagno privato. La camera degli ospiti ha due letti singoli, un armadio e una TV. C'è anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice a destra all'interno dell'unità. L'unità è fornita con lenzuola, asciugamani, utensili da cucina, teli mare, sedie a sdraio, giocattoli da spiaggia, tavole da boogie e un ombrellone.

Cape Winds è un bellissimo complesso che ha servizi per tutta la famiglia. Fai un giro intorno alla grande piscina, riposa nella vasca idromassaggio o fai attività fisica sui campi da tennis e da basket. C'è una breve passerella proprio nel complesso per raggiungere la spiaggia di sabbia bianca - non potevi essere più vicino !! Il complesso è situato a 2 miglia a nord di Cocoa Beach Pier e vicino a molti ristoranti e attrazioni. Il Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Brevard Zoo e i centri commerciali Outlet sono facili escursioni giornaliere. L'aeroporto internazionale di Orlando si trova a 45 miglia di distanza.

Spring break

Wife and kids stayed for spring break. Unit was clean but could use some updates. Great for the price. Pool was small but we stayed at beach most the time except for the extremely windy day. Plenty of restaurants etc just a short drive. Great week!

We were so very pleased with our stay. We only had one issue. The elevator was not working one of the days but i reached out to the contact person. They had it fixed on no time. We take this trip at least once a year and will definitely be staying in the use this again.

There is so much positives to say. To start, the pictures don't do the condo justice. It is beautiful and well kept. The view from the balcony is worth it. You can see the lainches from there. The beach is not crowded at all. Amanda was wonderful to communicate with, she responded right away to me.

Cape Canaveral vacation

Location is great. It was such a treat to enjoy the view from the balcony. The unit was clean and well stocked.The beach was not crowded at all. Great vacation. We are returning next year.

Fantastic!

We absolutely loved our time here! The place is immaculate and the view is stunning. Our first night here we watched a Falcon 9 launch from Kennedy!! We stayed the beginning of March and the beach/pool were not crowded at all. We loved the heated pool at night. The condo comes with all the supplies to make your time on the beach comfortable (chairs, boards, umbrella, towels). The kitchen has tons of utensils and plates. Walking distance to several restaurants. It was truly a great place to visit for a few days!!

Loved it!

Excellent place to take a beach vacation! Unit was exactly as described and the pictures do it justice. The beach equipment was really helpful to have…our teenage boys loved the boogie boards. Great views of the sunrise on your large patio and the sunset out the back.

A week at Cape Canaveral beach

5th floor unit was quiet and had a wonderful view of the Ocean. Very satisfied with the trip. Saw a SpaceX rocket launch for the first time. The beach was very pleasant but the weather could have been better. April is probably not the best time for this Beach.

Enjoyable stay!

View was the part. Sliding doors very difficult to open and close. Microwave stopped working the morning we left. Otherwise everything was great! Would stay there again.

Location Location Location!

This condo looked just like the pictures. It felt like home for the week. Had everything you needed for a great stay. Being right on the ocean seeing the view everyday was awesome. Hearing the waves crash while sleeping was a bonus. We googled eating places before we arrived 26 in all. Everything was less than 10 minutes away. We even saw a night launch right from the balcony! We looked at may other units in the building and this was the best by far. We had a few days of rainy cloudy days and were thankful for the view. The beach was never crowded either. The resort in whole was well maintained. Our only very small negative was the sliding glass doors were hard to open and close. Eating or relaxing on the balcony was awesome too. Getting to wash our clothes before leaving was so nice. We spent a few days at KSC which is only 30 minutes away. This will be our place to stay every year! If your looking for a place to vacation stop looking around and booked this one you won't be disappointed! Follow me on google reviews for all our adventures while staying here @ Grouper 305

Beautiful, warm beach and view

I'll start with pros, then go on to cons: PROS: Beautiful view (although very bright in the morning with the sunrise!), Great beach, not super crowded- even on Labor Day when we went, not too many people on shore. Water was EXTREMELY warm! Like bath water! I personally loved that (I hate cold water ha) no shock factor, just get right in the ocean! It was so warm that we never even went into the pool. We did hit up the jacuzzi a couple nights though. Condo was stocked with kitchen supplies, 2 beach chairs (had to have my sister bring more since there were 6 of us), cooler, umbrella, and 2 GOOD boogie boards (not the cheap ones, which was great bc I love to boogie board and most condos we've stayed at have cheap, crappy boogie boards). Beds were comfy and clean. Communication with owners was great, check in was easy. They also had a queen size blow up mattress for extra bedding. Condo is right by the Kennedy Space Center so we were able to see a rocket launch from shore! so cool! Oh another thing that we loved was that the building had luggage carts you could use to haul all of your stuff up to the unit. That was handy. CONS: Building and unit were old- one of us got there a day early and one of the showers weren't working so maintenance had to spend a couple days fixing that. Luckily they were able to fix it. There were some bugs in the unit but to be expected in Florida. There is no "pull out" couch bed, just the sofa cushion. Also, the sofa pictured is not the same sofa. Our sofa did not have the chaise on one side. Another con was that the building only has one outdoor sprayer to spray all the sand off of your feet/boogie boards etc but it's located inside the gated pool area, so once the pool is closed, they lock it up and you can't get in to use the sprayer. I wish they would add another sand shower outside the pool area. Overall, a great stay! We had a great time on our girls trip!

Great ocean view

Perfect condo for familly with lots of space with 2 bedrooms and 2 washrooms. Appreciate sunrise from large balcony or a short walk to the beach! Thanks to the hosts (Kelsy) for great information and follow-ups!

Amazing views, comfortable condo

I really think this condo has the best views in the area. The two bedrooms with comfortable beds, fully furnished with laundry and kitchen supplies, and some beach chairs too. They have big, up to date TVs if you want a cozy movie night in. And an awesome balcony overlooking some great beach and dune views. A short stroll and you're on the beach, central to many restaurants, and a short drive to Kennedy Space Center, there's a lot to do while you're here.

Great place

Great place to stay property wise and location. Not super tourist feeling-not swarmed with hotels. Mainly all condos on the beach front. Beach was great not super crowded and large enough to accommodate if it would have been super crowded. Saw a lot of cruises ships going out from the port.

Beautiful Condo

Great stay - it was awesome to hear the waves as we were falling asleep each night and playing cards. Porch is simply awesome! Only drawback was the couch - we thought it would sleep 2 children - really didn’t. Had to have one of our kids sleep with us the whole week, which led to a few struggles. I would not rent for anymore than 5 unless the couch is switched to a pullout type. Very clean and functional - neighbors were great and very friendly, beach was just sublime and got to see the launch on Friday night from the porch!!! Unfortunately will not fit for our growing family next year 😞

View from Condo was beautiful! Just what we were looking for.

View from Condo was Beautiful! Oceanfront View with King Size Bed, Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and Cable TV was perfect for this vacation. King Bed had a very comfortable mattress. Living Room furniture was a little uncomfortable, but we spent most of our time on balcony.
