“Just don't.....trust me. We walked into our room, looked around, and left. Smell was horrible, sheets were disgusting, bathroom was tiny and outdated. Definitely not worth the price....it's a $39.99 hotel at best.”

“The place was cute and clean, it is NOT in the town of Cape Charles. Surrounding area less than desirable. Perfect if the actual tiny house was within the town as advertised. ”

“The Fisherman Cottage had all that we needed, all in perfect condition. Tiny Livin' offers privacy and a delightful change from the sameness of hotels and motels. Shops, restaurants, and the beach that drew us to Cape Charles are only a few minutes away, and there's a supermarket nearby if we prefer to avoid the cars, golf carts, and restaurant wait times. “Needed a cheap stop on the way up the coast. It was cheap and fine for the price. Not super clean- had those tell tale weird spots on the walls that might be food, might be something else… I wasn’t trying to find out. Breakfast was fine but very limited- no fruit, no cereal. As a one night option in the middle of a road trip, fine. Would not stay there if I were looking to spend any more time than 12 hours.”
