“What an awful experience,where do I start? A few days before my trip I contacted the property. The owner first said he couldn't host me because he was fully booked and asked me to cancel the reservation. After a few exchanges he said he could host me if I booked directly with him (at a higher price than what I had booked). At that time I could no longer cancel my reservation without paying any fee so, after he said he wouldn't respect my reservation I reported the issue to Expedia. Not so happy...

“I had a wonderful stay at the Lemon Beach Resort. The resort was clean and scenic, my room was comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and assisted by carrying my luggage to my room. I was also able to get a relaxing massage. I would recommend staying here. It was a pleasant all-around experience.”

“Ko-Sa is a magical place to visit. My wife and I needed a little break from life and Ko-Sa delivered beyond our expectations. The staff was very attentive to our needs from the couple’s massage to a member of staff traveling to pick up my order for flowers. Food was always delicious and the grounds were clean as well. Well done Ko-Sa….we will return. ”

“Receptionist asked me for payment when I tried to check out. He put me on hold for a while just to confirm. I wonder why when I had already made payments days before coming there and yet he put me through such stress. ”

“This hotel is in a hidden place and difficult to access. It was a nightmare. We also called in advance and could've been warned by staff. I'll rather not share the rest of the experience”
