“The property itself is decent, conveniently located, and the front desk staff was excellent. Unfortunately, my stay was overshadowed by a significant issue with my room. The bathtub was missing its shower curtain rod entirely, so there was no shower curtain. When I called the manager on duty, whom I believe was named Andrea, I was told to place towels on the floor while showering. As a result, we had to use every towel in the bathroom to absorb the water that spread across the floor. The...
