Questa Funky Fish House, ex casa modello, decorata professionalmente, chiavi in mano, per la tua migliore vacanza di sempre.

Una delle migliori e più uniche comunità sul lungomare di SW Florida.

Il versatile design a tre livelli, Key Largo, dispone di 3 camere e bagni, uno per ogni livello.

Il primo piano è un lussuoso letto king size con lenzuola premium Nautica, con bagno privato con doccia in piastrelle di pietra e vasca separata, smart TV con Roku, ampio e spazioso armadio con teli da bagno e 2 teli mare.

Il secondo piano comprende un soggiorno, una camera da letto e un balcone. La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con bagno privato con asciugamani, smart TV con Roku, lettore DVD e suono surround, armadio e 2 teli mare. La cucina gourmet è completamente fornita. Lo spazio di intrattenimento scorre su un ampio ponte che si affaccia sul porto turistico di Cape Harbor, tra cui una griglia all'aperto firmata Firemagic. La cucina interna comprende; Whirlpool inossidabile rubare frigorifero, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde e forno elettrico. Macchina per caffè e latte Keurig, tostapane Bereville, utensili da cucina e da forno Farberware, varietà di spezie. Argenteria Pfaltzgraff, pentole e padelle in granito. L'apertura della zona giorno principale rende divertente una piacevole sorpresa.

L'ultimo piano è un letto matrimoniale nella suite principale con smart TV con Roku, ufficio adiacente con stampante, lavanderia e terrazza privata e bagno padronale con asciugamani da bagno e 2 teli mare. Lavanderia comprende una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size, ferro e asse da stiro, aspirapolvere Dyson.

Due spazi garage, un ascensore premium a tutti i livelli e una banchina per uno yacht da 55 'aggiungono al divertimento e alla comodità di una vacanza in un porto turistico.

Our host was very responsive; we even got some repairs done on Christmas Eve. The house has so many amenities that no need or even preference goes unmet. Last year I wanted bungee cords and boom they were there (this was my family’s fourth or fifth Christmas at the house); this year I wanted a Bo’s cutter and a tape measure and those appeared as well.

We have stayed in many VRBO houses and this was probably one of the very best. The home was beautiful and we felt so welcomed during our stay. The homeowner did a great job providing everything that would be needed. From shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom to a full spice rack in the kitchen. It truly was one of the most welcoming stays. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing Home

All I can say is, "Wow! " The house was beautiful, with a great view. Everything was top-notch, and the beds were so comfortable you didn't want to get up. Would definitely stay again.

Cape Coral Marina

The house was amazing, beautifully decorated and up to date. We enjoyed great views of the marina through the wall-to-wall sliding doors on the middle level. Two of the bedrooms are master suites. The top suite was the best with large shower and on-suite office. The middle-level patio has a nice grill and outside refrigerator. The nearby marina restaurants were great and has live music most evenings. The location is great as it is on the marina and also quite close to various Southwest Florida attractions. So there was plenty to do. We will come back and stay here in the future.

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home on the water. Great decor and amenities with a lot of attention to detail. We liked that each room has its own floor as it gave us privacy while still being together. The home is perfectly located with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Short car ride to get into the downtown area of Cape Coral for a fabulous Farmer’s Market and more restaurants. We all agreed that we would rent this home again if the opportunity should arise.

FABULOUS

Super cute, clean, & comfortable home right on the water. The location doesnt get any better than this. You could literally walk to all the restaurants in the area. The view is incredible. The host was very nice & accommodating. We highly recommend.

Amazing house on the water

We absolutely loved our stay at the FunkyFishHouse! Kitchen was stocked with all essentials required for making a meal, which we did several. The Elevator was such a blessing since we had one member that was recovering from foot surgery. The area was full of shopping and restaurants. Very clean and multiple views of the surrounding scenery. We will be back.

Perfect Accommodation.

This was the fourth or fifth Christmas with my family in this wonderful house. The house is fully equipped with anything one might need or want and the owner is super responsive. We hope to make this visit a tradition.

Amazing home!

Our family had the pleasure of saying at this home for a week, and can honestly say it was a top 3 of all of our VRBO stays. The pictures perfectly showed all aspects of the house. But, what really sets this home apart is that there are so many high end touches and furnishings available. The home had everything... all utensils, spices, soaps, cleaners, grilling equipment, bicycles, furniture, towels, beach accessories, lighting, etc. It was an amazing home and delighted at being able to stay here!

Great location with separate floors for each bedroom for great privacy, but very roomy common area, kitchen and lower deck. Check in and out couldnt have been easier or clearer. Wifi was solid. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Home in Construction Zone

First let me start by saying the home, the location and the property are beautiful. We wanted for nothing while there except for quiet. Unfortunately, there is extensive construction happening all around the home which made it unbearable. So much so that we cut our “relaxing” holiday weekend short to escape the construction noise. We had loud music, hammer drills and even a forklift running right outside the front door. The garage did not fit our vehicle so we had to keep moving it to avoid equipment and workers. If not for the construction, we would have given it all 5 stars and I would happily return once it’s all complete. The property owners were gracious enough to give us a partial refund since we did leave early. Again, the house, the views and overall area are perfect. It’s just wasn’t perfect for us this time.
