This ideal location of southwest Cape Coral is just a short distance to a variety of restaurants, shopping centers, bars, and grocery stores. Additionally, Cape Harbor is only a 10-minute drive; be sure to check out the Farmers Market in the summer and local music during the fall. Villa Avery is perfectly suited for larger families or couples with kids traveling together as this home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and boasts almost 2,200 sq. ft. along with an electric-heated pool.

Living Rooms: There are two separate family and living rooms that offer comfortable furniture and seating arrangements. Master Bedroom/Bathroom: The master bedroom features a King-Size bed, flat-screen TV, and a lovely seating area perfect for reading or enjoying the view of the pool as you sip your morning coffee. Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The additional guest bedrooms feature a King- Size bed, a Queen-Size bed and two Twin beds and offer flat-screen TVs and ample closets for your wardrobe and shopping treasures. The guest bedrooms share the second bathroom with a shower/tub combination. This bathroom also serves as the pool bath as it gives excellent access to the of use to the pool and lanai.

Pool/Lanai: You will no doubt be spending most of your time outdoors. The mature landscaping and flowering hedges provide a tropical touch to the property, and the fully fenced yard offers that extra touch of privacy. Watch the gorgeous Florida sunsets from the western exposed saltwater electric heated pool. The spacious lanai offers multiple seating areas for dining or gathering for a relaxed conversation.
