    A Shore Thing is a beautiful three-bedroom, two-bathroom villa with designated office space located in the highly desirable SE Cape Coral with direct Gulf access and southern facing pool, centrally located to restaurants, shops and Cape Coral Yacht Club with its vibrant scene, it's the perfect spot to relax, explore, and make unforgettable memories.
    From the moment you step through the elegant double glass doors, you'll be greeted by fantastic views of the lanai and pool, with the living spaces taking center and an office and formal dining space on each side. Enjoy spectacular views and watch boats drift by – all from the privacy of your own southern-facing lanai.
    This spacious home features two king bedrooms and one queen room and is designed for comfort and style. The layout is perfect for families or groups of up to 6 guests.
