Your private dock features a seating area, porch swing, and covered boat lift. Easily launch your boat, kayak, paddleboard, or other watercraft.

Step into the semi-open living, kitchen, and dining space. Each space flows into the other for easy traveling between spaces. The living space is just inside the front door and boasts comfortable chairs and couches where everyone can sit and enjoy quality time or watch a favorite movie or TV show together on the flat screen TV.
