This beautifully decorated home boasts a delightful outdoor entertainment area, tasteful furnishings, private lanai & new heated pool and spa. Enjoy your mornings sitting by the east facing pool while overlooking the beautiful grounds and dock on a freshwater canal suitable for fishing. This stunning 3 bed 2 bath home is spacious, clean and well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped and a gas grill is available for indoor and outdoor dining. Filled with natural lighting & sliding glass doors you have a spectacular view of your much needed SW Florida vacation. There are water views from all the bedrooms.
Centrally located just 10 minutes away from the exclusive shops and restaurants at Cape Harbour & Tarpon point Marinas. Tour the City Center and enjoy dining, shopping and nightlife. The
Caloosahatchie River is only 10 minutes where you can relish in the beautiful beach and walk to the Boathouse Tiki Bar for
music, food and a refreshing drink after a day in the sun.
Young children are accommodated with a safety screen around pool, if desired and pack and play and booster seat are available.

5 Stars - Absolutely Amazing Stay!

From the moment we arrived, whole house exceeded all our expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need, including beach toys, pool floats & beach chairs.The location was perfect—peaceful and private, yet close enough to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Waking up to stunning views and relaxing in the cozy outdoor space made every day feel like a dream. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials (and then some), and everything was just as described—or better!We’ve stayed in quite a few vacation rentals, but this one truly stands out. We’re already planning our next trip back. Highly, highly recommended!

Great family stay in perfect Cape Coral villa

We had a fantastic time at Tom’s villa. The inside is very well appointed with everything you may possibly need, and more. The outside whilst not massively spacious, is perfectly suitable for a family of 4/6. The pool is great and the ability to heat both pool and spa is very useful. Lots to do and see within 30 mins drive, this is great base when visiting Cape Coral, Ft Myers, Sanibel, Naples etc.

Fantastic Home

Great host, quiet neighborhood, well maintained spotless home. The house is well laid out with a large living area and comfy furniture. The kitchen is spacious with everything you need. We especially enjoyed the view from the pool out to the canal. Strongly recommend staying at Tom’s place. A car is necessary as stores and restaurants aren’t close by and we didn’t see any public transportation.

Cape Coral Stay

This was one of our top VRBO stays! The home was clean and appeared to be in a nice, safe neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised with everything the home had available - such as pool and beach supplies, kitchen supplies, towels, blankets, etc. The host was also very responsive whenever we reached out. Great stay!

Nice and quiet

The house is very comfortable. We had an exciting time when Helene brushed close by but everything remained good. The neighborhood was so quiet. Having a nesting area nextdoor helps add to that. Watching some of the wildlife was also nice. You can also view that from the comfort of the pool, tub, or the deck. However you wish to relax it is here or close by. Would recommend

The owl house

This is the second time we have stayed at this vrbo. We stayed in October of 2023 and had such a great time we decided to head back in July 2024. The house is well stocked for the beach or the pool and is well kept. The neighborhood is quite and not a lot of traffic. If we ever go back to Cape Coral, this will be the first listing we will check. Thanks for the hospitality Tom!

Cape coral home

My stay was wonderful. There were a few things to know. 1. There was a weird smell when we first got there? Not sure what that was but maybe the fertilizer in the garage. 2. Bring trash bags. they have lots of extra's but only the trash bags in the can.... we stayed for a week and had to go buy some which was probably unnecessary-- Also no garbage disposal so trash bags would have been helpful!

Nature’s Dream

The house was spectacular and the wildlife is bonus.We seen ducks with little baby chicks that we fed everyday. The owl’s on the property next door were so adorable. There was also a couple of iguana’s too with lots of different birds. We chose to go to Ft Myer’s beach each day and shelled . The other beach was at the yacht club nearby and that was a good find since we needed an afternoon beach to go to. Overall the house had everything we needed and the posting was exactly what it says. Tom was so kind responding back to me with a couple questions I had as well A must to rent for families or a couple that likes to have a few dinners with friends or family. Thank you Tom for all your help in renting this property .

November stay

This house was amazing! So clean, organized, & comfortable. There were no issues or anything that could be improved on. The house was well stocked. We felt like we were at home. It was located close to shopping, dining, & attractions. We absolutely enjoyed using their amazing hot tub & pool. The hot tub got nice & warm & the bubbles were just amazing. So relax full. We would definitely stay here again.

Top Haus am Kanal mit schönem beheitztem Pool!

Ein absolutes Traumhaus, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Absolut perfekte Sauberkeit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das beheitzte Pool mit Whirlpool. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder. Vielen Dank nochmal Tom!

Superb Cape Coral Getaway

This was our family's first time vacationing in Cape Coral/Fort Meyer area. We were extremely pleased with the property and it's location. The house was very clean with all the attributes to make our stay an enjoyable one: great pool, spacious layout, close to a variety of stores and restaurants, and our boys enjoyed checking out the burrowing owls next door. I highly recommend this house.
