Looking for a great spot to rent a boat, moor it along your own private dock, relax with friends and family while enjoying the best of Southwest Florida? We think you just found it!

"Bella Gloriana" is located along the beautiful Gloriana Canal, before you know it you will be on the Caloosahatchee River, and then shortly out to the Gulf of Mexico. This highly desired location, in the Pelican neighborhood of Southwest Cape Coral, is near some the Cape's most sought-after recreational and residential areas, Cape Harbour and Tarpon Point Marina. You'll be within easy distance of popular restaurants and shops, many of which are along the waterfront - and the owner has even provided four bicycles to make your adventuring in our little corner of paradise that much more enjoyable!

This home offers:

Over 1,500 sq ft of living space with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, sleeping up to 6 guests

The open concept designed home includes a formal living room, dining area, kitchen, relaxing family room with LG Smart TV with streaming channels, and a spacious enclosed lanai with Roku TV and a lovely view of the canal behind the home

The kitchen has full size appliances, all cookware, dinnerware and many kitchen gadgets and tools - including an air fryer and drip coffee maker

All bedrooms feature Roku TV's with streaming channels, ceiling fans, and beds freshly made for your arrival with provided linens

Primary bedroom - king bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower

2nd bedroom - queen bed

3rd bedroom - queen bed

Shared guest bathroom with walk-in shower

Whether you choose to rent a boat, or just like fishing off the private dock directly behind the home - you'll enjoy outstanding saltwater fishing. Just bring your own pole, small hook, tipped with shrimp or squid and hold on - as you will catch many species of fish from the dock! A 22' - 26' boat can be accommodated, should you chose to rent.

Cape Coral is an ideal location for Southwest Florida vacationers!

Easy access to many family-friendly activities including the Cape Coral Rotary Park Environmental Center and a family water park that is open seasonally is sure to please the kids! Grocery stories, shopping plazas and dining are in plentiful supply throughout the Cape. The southeast corner of the Cape has a lively nightlife and dining area. With extensive waterways and boating options, the Cape is just minutes away by boat or car from the Gulf beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, or Fort Myers Beach. Take the time to visit the newly revitalized downtown Fort Myers - a great spot to spend an evening. A further drive south will have you in Bonita Springs or Naples, where world-class dining, shopping, and luxurious lifestyles await you. Seasonally you can enjoy the Spring Training facilities of the Red Sox or the Twins within minutes of the Cape, and year-round golf, nature, and cultural activities as well.

This property is 14 miles to Fort Myers Beach; 20 miles to RSW International Airport.

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the home, garage, and lanai.

No events or parties permitted; no overnight guests exceeding the maximum number of guests permitted.

No pets allowed.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to show a government issued picture ID, matching the name the property is booked in, to a representative of the management company or property owner within 24 hours of check-in.

Please be aware, the City of Cape Coral has strict noise ordinance that they enforce without hesitation; any type of noise between the hours of 10pm – 8am is strictly prohibited.

Lackluster

This property was clean, however, it needs a lot of love and attention to detail. Both bathrooms had plumbing issues, the refrigerator doesn't keep anything cold, the outdoor area & furniture need updated and so on. Also, if you're not use to a noisy road this location is not for you.
