The space

Watch the sunrise sipping a cup of coffee from the lanai, take a long stroll in the beautiful neighborhood or walk to the small beach and fishing pier. Relax in the large living room with waterfront view or get entertained watching a movie on the 60” TV while filling the room with soothing music.

Afternoons can be filled with outdoor activities such as cruising on the Gulf in your rental boat, watching dolphins, catching fish or simply ride with your loved ones and return to the waiting villa of your dream! Then, go take a plunge into the heated pool or spa and soak into the sun lying on the lounge chairs.

Evenings, throw a fun cookout party with friends/families on the large lanai that has a dining area and outdoor kitchen with a BBQ gas grill. Splurge yourself with a glass of wine and enjoy the Florida lifestyle. You can also browse the Internet in the office with free high speed WiFi.
