Welcome to our Coastal Vibes getaway in SW Cape Coral, featuring a private heated pool and plenty of room for everyone. This spacious five-bedroom, three-bath home, comfortably sleeps up to twelve and is perfect for families, friends, and group getaways looking to enjoy a relaxing Southwest Florida vacation. A rollaway bed can be requested for a bit more flexibility.

Start your day with coffee from the dedicated coffee bar, spend the afternoon in the heated pool, or relaxing in the hammock, enjoy outdoor dinner together, and finish the evening watching the lanai TV or playing games as a group.

Here is the basic layout of the house:

The primary suite includes a comfortable king bed, smart TV, and walk in closet. The primary private bathroom includes double sinks, a walk-in shower, and soaking tube.
Three additional bedrooms each have queen beds, and the fifth bedroom is a bunk room with queen-over-queen bunks, and every bedrooms has its own smart TV. Two bedrooms share a connecting Jack-and-Jill bathroom, which features a large walk-in shower, and another guest room is steps away from the pool bathroom, which features a tube and shower combo.

The open living area is great for groups to gather, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine together. The main indoor dining table seats 8, the kitchenette table seats four, and there are four bar stools at the kitchen counter for casual seating. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Step outside to enjoy the private screened-in heated pool, four lounge chairs, outdoor Smart TV, grill, comfortable lanai seating, and outdoor dining for 8. A baby gate is available for request to surround the pool to protect those little ones. You'll also find additional outdoor dining just outside the screened lanai that seats four and serves as the designated smoking area. This fully fenced in backyard includes a hammock, fun games like oversized Connect Four, cornhole, and large badminton and a ton of room to let the kids run in a safe fenced area.

This home is conveniently located in SW Cape near Santa Barbra and Veterans Parkway with easy access to dining, shopping, boating, and entertainment.
