The perfect family vacation home with gulf access/heated pool/tiki bar/ kayaks!

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood on the fabulous canal system of Cape Coral with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, with pool, tiki hut at the dock at the back of the property. Bring your boat or rent one from one of the great local marinas. Featuring stunning views, the home is situated on intersecting canals with a long west-facing view down Rose Canal to Rose Lake. Canal views from viewable from every room, the pool, dock, and Tiki HUT for sunsets.

The primary booking guest must be in residence for the entire stay. Any person under the age of 21 must have a parent or legal guardian present.
Quite hours, 10pm to 8am. Only guests on the original booking are allowed. Directions given by the Property Manager must be followed by all guests.

Yes but when we arrived the dishwasher was not functional and waited 2 different days on a repairman. Bathroom light in master shower did not work, microwave light burned out, doorbell did not work inside the house and keypad to open the garage door did not work.

This is a very comfortable, clean, well equipped house. We stayed 10 days and did not have time to use all the toys. The owner was very responsive when there was a minor leak in the guest bathroom and had a handyman there the next day. She answered all my questions immediately. BTW there are several small appliances in the laundry closet! Loved the pool, the view, the Kayaks, etc. I would definitely recommend!!

Amazing Home to Relax and for the Family

We had a great time in Lori’s gorgeous home. We will definitely be staying there again when we go back to Cape Coral. Home is beautifully decorated in a modern nautical theme. You can find everything you need here. One of the best VRBOs we have stayed in. Kids enjoyed the pool, kayaks, ping pong table, bikes and seeing the turtles swimming around from the dock.

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was fantastic. Everything was clean and there was plenty to do. We really enjoyed the heated pool and the ping-pong. Lori is an excellent host!!

Relaxing and fun!

Beautiful home! We loved the dock for fishing, kayaking and relaxing with the beautiful sunsets. The heated pool was great the kids loved it and an added bonus of a ping pong table in the garage. We liked the beach accessories we could use as well that came handy for our beach day! We had an amazing stay in this beautiful house! Also beds are super comfy!!!

Beautiful home

The home was beautifully manicured on the inside, everything one needs. The backyard needed some tlc. Weeds in the beds, bushes needed trimming and the back patio required some washing. That said, would definitely rebook with this host. We enjoyed our stay, neighborhood was nice and quiet and the views were spectacular.

Perfect house!!!

We had the best time in Cape Coral. This was the perfect house for our family, 4 adults and 2 kids. Centrally located to anything you need, beach, stores, ice cream! Would definitely stay again! House had everything we needed, and host was super responsive.

Perfect place for relaxation!

This home is a great place for a couple or family to stay. They have everything available that you might need. Home is well maintained in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool, walking, riding bikes and playing pickleball at a park nearby. We also enjoyed eating dinner at the covered table on the dock watching the fish jump up out of the water. Host always replied in a timely manner to the couple of questions we had. Definitely recommend!

Christmas Vacation

We spent our Christmas week at the Coral House. It was exactly the way described in the description and was very comfortable for us. The beds are nice, everything was immaculate and the kitchen is well stocked for meal prep. We enjoyed the ping pong table and had a few close matches. The pool was incredible! It was 87 degrees and lovely to simply hang out and enjoy. We used it every day! The set up of the house was also great for our group of adults. Having the master suite on one side and the other bedrooms on the other is ideal for everyone. We found several local places to eat and enjoyed them all. This was our first trip to Cape Coral and we enjoyed the experience!

Lovely vacay

The house is very clean and the location was great. The back view is spectacular and the pool was such a relaxing addition, we were in it nonstop. It was an added bonus to find a ping pong table and tons of beach and pool toys in the garage. It was such a lovely, relaxing vacation. We highly recommend the home.

Beautiful Home!

The house was very nice, clean, wonderful layout. We kayaked, fished, swam, Went to the water park and the flee market. Lobster Lady restaurant. It was a great time and a great home. We would highly recommend this home.
