Mimi's Sunshine Getaway is a private single-family home located in an area where you can enjoy tranquility, yet close enough to go to areas where you can immerse yourself in the "hustle and bustle" of city life at its best! You will be staying at an amenity-packed home which is perfect for a group of up to 10 wanting some time to relax, unwind and create memories (with 5 smart mounted TVs and WiFi, of course). *** BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS ***

You'll sleep amazingly well on one of the 3 king Nectar mattresses, queen pull-out sofa or trundle with 2 twin mattresses. There are TWO Pack N Play's to set up and use for an infant and/or toddler, adding additional sleeping. All bedrooms (except the twin trundle bedroom) sport a flat-screen smart TV and pillow bar with soft, medium and firm pillows to choose from.

The master bedroom has sliders to the pool and a sliding barn door to separate the sleeping area from the large master en-suite bath and walk-in closet. A second bathroom is shared between bedrooms and open to the lanai and pool area.

*** KITCHEN & DINING ***

The fully stocked kitchen has all the cookware and place settings (adult and children) needed to feed your hungry family. You will find everything from an air fryer and 5-quart stand mixer to margarita pitchers/glasses and cocktail accessories. To top it all off, you can brew your very own lattes, espressos, and cappuccinos any time using the simple instructions for the De'Longhi Cappuccino, Latte and Espresso machine at the coffee bar. In addition to the De'Longhi machine, you have a Kuerig to make simple coffee when needed. There is a flat top stove, full-size refrigerator, microwave, deep sink, and dishwasher. The dark cabinets are a nice contrast to the granite counter tops, offering plenty of space to store your groceries.

Enjoy breakfast at the dining area table (seats 6-8), at the bar along the kitchen island (seats 4) or bring it outside to the lanai where there are several sitting areas. A large 11-foot umbrella can be extended over an outdoor table that sits 8-10 people with benches and chairs. Off to the side of the table is seating for two.

The open-concept layout positions the main living room at the center of the home, adjacent to the kitchen and dining area. The main living room is the perfect spot to sit by the electric fireplace, play board games or enjoy the 65" mounted smart TV surrounded with seating for 7-8 individuals. You will love hearing the relaxing sound of the pool fountains when the three slider doors are completely open to create an amazing indoor/outdoor feel!

*** POOL & OUTSIDE SPACE ***

Grab your suit and towel and enjoy your private heated pool during anytime of the day. One end of the pool offers a shallow "beach-like" platform perfect for sitting in and reading. Or, for younger ones, the shallow underwater platform is perfect for safe water fun (toddler swim vests and pool toys are provided). The other end of the pool has a deep end that is perfect for floating. Pool fountains create a relaxed ambiance to the outdoor area. The pool depth ranges from 3 feet to 5 feet. There are small "doggie" doors to give your small dog the freedom to go in and out from the screened lanai to the fenced yard.

*** OUTSIDE ACTIVITY ACCESSORIES ***

You will need to bring nothing from home to enjoy day trips to one of the several beaches nearby. You can pack a picnic and tote it in the rolling cooler and beach wagon. Beach towels are provided for you and your family; as well as a portable 6 ft. shade canopy, beach chairs and sand toys. Host a friendly family outdoor game competition with the option of several outdoor games including corn hole, glow in the dark Jarts and Jenga.

You'll find 5 bikes with 5 helmets and a toddler bike trailer for enjoying the more than 90 miles of interconnected bike routes in Cape Coral. A bike path runs right in front of Mimi's Sunshine Getaway! The interconnected bike routes border nature preserves, scenic canals, marinas, golf courses and the expansive Caloosahatchee River.

*** BABY / TODDLER ACCESSORIES ***

You'll have TWO Pack N Play (one with a changing table) and 3-wheel stroller great for jogging and coping with rugged terrain. A toddler car seat, high chair and table high/booster chair are stored in the garage and easily accessible. The kitchen has toddler place settings, glasses and tableware. You will even find board games geared toward the younger ones, as well as adult games.
