Our family really enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful and had everything we needed to have a relaxing and fun vacation! The pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen / table area were our favorite!

Great Home

My husband and I enjoyed this home very much. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the heated swimming pool and hot tub. We used them both almost every day if our stay. We would definitely book to stay at this home again.

We had a wonderful two weeks at Edgewater Escape! The host was very welcoming and texted throughout our stay with updates and reminders. We spent most of our time in the pool and spa. They both were very clean and warmed up nicely. The outdoor seating area was clean and comfortable.The home was well stocked with dishes and small appliances. There was a very nice welcome package that included shampoo, bath soap, dish soap, laundry soap and dish washer tabs….. enough to get you started on your stay. There is a book that contains so much info….everything from how all the TVs work to great places in the area to visit or eat at. We have stayed at many homes over the past several years, we would definitely stay here again. Jen and George

Beautiful home--amazing pool!

This house was perfect for our family! The outdoor kitchen and seating area was so nice and we used it daily. The pool was perfect! I loved sitting on the swing by the water to read my book every evening. Close to so many restaurants and shopping areas. The home was clean, beds were comfy, and it had everything we needed! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great home

Perfect house, had everything we needed. Fantastic pool with pool toys/noodles available for use. Safety fence around pool is removable, so we did not need it but is a great safety feature for families with littles. Close to Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. On a nice quiet waterway too. Had a great vacation and highly recommend. Rental company was great too!

Relaxation at it's best!

The property was true to the pictures. Very nice layout. We had everything we needed. They had a bottle of Champagne and chocolates waiting for us to help celebrate our anniversary. It was awesome to have the outdoor cooking and eating area. We especially enjoyed the Lanai, pool and watching the sunsets on the dock every night.

Very nice getaway

The property itself was very nice, well furnished and kept us entertained- lovely pool and game-room, and the neighborhood is full of burrowing owls —they were fun to see. The location is off a very busy street and the beach is 45 minutes away and no nice paths to ride the bikes. There are pretty good restaurants nearby but nothing within walking distance-reservations are highly recommended!

Not short of activities!

This property was perfect for our family of 5! The garage is set up with things for us all to do. I took my daughter to the beach one day and they had chairs, a cooler and a push cart for us to use. That was very useful! We played poker on the poker table every night. We used the pool table and the foosball table daily. The kids swam and my husband and I used the hot tub everyday as well. The beds were really comfortable and it was clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect

One of the most beautiful properties we have ever stayed at as a family. From start to finish, everything was incredibly well organized and the communication was above reproach. Prior to our stay, we received useful information to make our arrival seamless. Throughout our stay, we received other helpful tips to make our holiday worry free. The property itself was gorgeous, incredibly well organized and clean. Our favorite was of course the pool and hot tub which the kids enjoyed every single day. Whenever we needed a break from the pool there was a great game room that we could take advantage of. The location was perfect with everything you could possibly need within a short drive or bike ride. Hopefully we will be lucky enough to stay at this property again.

Excellent Home

We were worried after the hurricane hit, but this house had it all. Beautiful house. Pool was wonderful and we used it and the hot tub everyday. The kitchen is fully loaded and it also has an outdoor kitchen which is lovely as well. We stayed in the primary bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. The pictures show it as it is. Great games room as well. We would definitely stay here again. Oh, and the management company was awesome, they came and checked with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and that we had all we needed. This location is close to grocery stores and anything you could need. Loved our ten days here! The only down side was when we had to leave to go home.

Very nice property

With very nice amenities. Pros: location, view, superb pool, well stocked with games, beach chairs, several TVs, bikes, kitchen cookware & storage, extra blankets and pillows. Cons: wonky light switches, grill was not working but they brought a new grill to us half way through our stay. This kind of messed up the meals we had already purchased to grill but we really appreciate the effort in making it right. Need a few see more kitchen linens. Overall it was a wonderful and well appointed property. Jeff, maintenance guy, brought the new grill to us and set it up on a Sunday & holiday evening/holiday weekend. Super guy so a BIG shout out to Jeff! We would definitely stay here again if ever in Cape Coral.

BEAUTIFUL HOME/great for family of 6

This house was absolutely perfect for my family of 6. There was more than enough space while still offering space to spend time with each other. Most of our time was spent outside on the lanai and in the pool and hot tub. It had all the amenities you would need and offered a garage full of activities everyone in the family could enjoy. Overall I would recommend this home for anyone planning to stay here. Photos shown is exactly how the house looks and then some. Roelens Vacations was very good with keeping us updated if people were coming to do landscaping, utility work, etc… the only downfall was the outdoor kitchen grill did not work but there was a stand alone one available for us to use. This did not take away from the rest of the house. We look forward to future stays here and renting again. 100% would recommend!

Great House

We had an excellent stay! The home is well equipped and in a good location to enjoy either Cape Coral or Ft. Myers. Be aware that if you want to use boat lift you will need to let the property manager know before booking as there was some confusion there but it was taken care of. Highly recommended!
