Welcome to your home away from home! This three-bedroom retreat in Cape Coral boasts two living spaces for your family and friends to spread out. However, one of the most sought-after spots is the screened lanai - find a private heated pool, a handful of poolside beach loungers, a covered dining area that seats up to eight people (divided into two tables), and an outdoor bar. The fully fenced backyard ensures safety for any kiddos in your group. Surprise your guests with delicious grilled treats thanks to the propane grill provided!

Inside, the home's fully appointed galley-style kitchen will have you preparing the most memorable and delicious homemade meals for the gang. It's complete with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware needed to channel your inner chef (no dishwasher). All three bedrooms feature smart TVs for endless entertainment, however, the primary bedroom stands out as it has its own en suite bathroom. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer for your convenience and central air-conditioning.

Enjoy a superb location within easy driving distance to all the action in the heart of Fort Meyers (7 miles), or spend the day relaxing on the sand and exploring the pier at Fort Meyers Beach (17.8 miles).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Loved our stay

The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the lanai and pool area was wonderful! The neighborhood was also very quiet and peaceful. Our only complaint was the electric burners on the stove weren't flat so cooking on them was somewhat ddifficult

Deceptive Description and Nightly fee, Poor Customer Service, Nice home with fenced yard.

Listed Descrip/rate of this house doesn't include dog friendly part or heated pool part as listed. Those are extra.and paying additional doesn’t mean operating or safe for dog. Be aware of additional fees they will add beyond taxes. If you understand this up front you - you can more fairly compare to other stays. The home is adequately pictured, however many things weren’t reviewed prior to our arrival and broken - sliding glass door that guests would use wasn’t working - and the pool heat was ready on arrival and the pool heater was leaking, there was a plastic plant all shredded and scattered in fenced in yard (definitely don’t want a dog eating). During stay gardeners come unannounced spraying ROUND-UP in dog area and around outside edge of pool mid day (couldn’t go out there for hours) - and our dog got sprayed. Known carcinoge! The amount of maint at house during visits could’ve been prevented if all was check prior to arrival. The management group Vacasa was horrible just as other reviews suggested. They have no idea what’s really going on at property and have useless AI on replies. Our pool pump actually was shut off during our stay we found arriving home. Vacasa sent email said heater was broke - than they said it was fixed - and gave 100 back refund - however since they shut down pump - the pool chemicals were imbalanced, leaving a bacterial pool that needed shock. A day later a person appeared to do! Neighbors/neighborhood nice.

Perfect Stay

The house is bigger than the pictures make it seem. It was the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. The patio is perfect and so peaceful. It rained a lot so it was nice to sit back there. Comes equipped with everything you need for however long you stayed. Would love to stay again

Home away from home

Had trouble getting in. Contacted vacasa,response was less than 5 minutes. Upon entering...the property was very clean and had everything needed for our stay. Vacasa and this property I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice comfortable and relaxing location to stay. I travel for work and have stayed at Vacasa rentals before. Service is superior!

Nice home, but a bit disappointed

We stayed in this home for one week. It was clean, comfortable, and the lanai was wonderful. However, we had problems with Vacasa, the property management company. The listing said it had a heated pool, but heater was not turned on when we arrived, so water was cold. After four days and multiple unreturned calls trying to get them to turn the pool heater on, we gave up and swam in cold water. We chose this house because of the heated pool, so we were really disappointed. The house was nice, but we will not rent through Vacasa again. (I see that they have now revised the listing to explain the extra charge for pool heat, and the need to ask that it be turned on. So maybe future renters will not have this issue.)

House was great but I have been using VRBbO for over 15 year will never stay at a Vacasa managed hom

The stay was rent was 800 for six days , fees from Vacasa were 800 also they charge a fee if you waive insurance. This was an emergency stay not a vacation I had no other choice, never again
