Inside, the bright and airy interior features plush furnishings and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a variety of helpful gadgets, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. Casual dining can be enjoyed at the kitchen bar or breakfast table, while more formal meals can be shared around the main dining table.

The living area offers a spacious sectional and a flat-screen Apple TV, ideal for relaxing movie nights after a day in the sun. The single-story layout includes a comfortable primary suite with direct access to the back patio and an en suite bathroom featuring a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, making it easy to accommodate families or groups.

Outside, your private tropical oasis awaits. The screened-in lanai offers a sparkling heated pool, a covered patio, and plenty of comfortable seating. Down at the water’s edge, the dock features a tiki bar, making it the perfect spot for evening cocktails or casting a fishing line. Boaters will love the quick and easy access to the Caloosahatchee River.

This home is conveniently located just 6 miles from Yacht Club Public Beach and only 14 miles from Fort Myers Beach. Downtown Cape Coral, with its selection of restaurants and shops, is just 3 miles away, and nature lovers can enjoy scenic walks at Glover Bight Trail, located 8 miles from the home.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Dock details: The boat lift and boat is off limits to the guests.
Guests can tie up their boat to the dock. There are no cleats or bumpers provided and guests use of the dock is at the sole risk of the guest.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
