Questo 3 camere da letto 2 bagni recentemente ristrutturato si trova su uno dei canali più vasti del lago di acqua salata a Cape Coral. L'esposizione a est offre splendidi tramonti sul lago, mentre ombreggia il tempo trascorso in piscina dalla parte più calda del tardo pomeriggio. Poche case a Cape Coral offrono queste viste sorprendenti e rilassanti. La grande area portuale ospita una capanna per bevande e pasti pomeridiani. Siete invitati a portarvi la barca e legarla ad una delle molte opzioni di attracco durante il vostro soggiorno. Offriamo anche un parcheggio gratuito per roulotte sul nostro lotto vicino alla casa. Le sistemazioni sono per 6 adulti / bambini. Se avete bisogno di spazio per altri due bambini, i materassi ad aria di alta qualità possono essere forniti per una tassa nominale. La cucina contiene elettrodomestici nuovi nel 2019 ed è dotata di tutte le pentole richieste dagli chef più particolari. La casa è immacolata e pulita settimanalmente secondo i più alti standard. Great place

Great place to stay. They had all the little things that are missing in a lot of VRBO homes like soaps, kitchen towels more than one bath towel, baggies, even coffee and a couple bottles of wine! The pool was perfect and the fish were biting. Neighborhood was very quiet. We met the one neighbor and he was super nice! We would definitely stay again.

Peaceful stay

We stayed at this property end of May 2023. The area was generally quiet and peaceful, though a few days there was some construction noise from across the lake. We knew the area is still experiencing a lot of development, but it wasn't constant and wasn't occurring daily. The home was very clean and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials - much better than some other properties. The bed and furniture were comfortable. The dock was a bit smaller than expected - the dock with the fishing lights along the landscaped lot belongs to the adjacent property. The 4 chairs on the dock are bolted and strapped down facing inward, so we used our own folding chairs for fishing. There were a number of mosquitoes & no-see-ums in the dock area when the wind was calm, so dress/prepare accordingly. There is also only low-level lighting in the evening. The fishing from the dock was hit and miss - mostly catfish (including topsail catfish - beware) and skates, but also some black drum, mangrove snapper, and a mojarra. No luck with any of the larger game fish in the area, but that's fishing... We had a minor issue with the RO (water) system, but the owner was responsive and the issue was quickly corrected even though it occurred on a holiday. I didn't realize, though it was noted upon further review the garage was unavailable for use. Overall it was a pleasant stay and a nice home.

Cape Coral Delight

We enjoyed the house very much even though there was some repair work going on at various times as a result of the recent hurricane. The house was well equipped for cooking and just vegging out by the pool. The mullet entertained us each day with their acrobatic leaps in the canal.

Wonderful Prooerty

This property is exactly what you're looking for. Even better than advertised which usually isn't the case. We had such a nice time swimming, grilling and barbecuing by the pool. Felt Like Home

This is the first vacation rental we have ever stayed in that felt like home. The house was comfortable, nicely decorated, kitchen stocked with every dish and appliance you could need, newer appliances, toiletries, all linens were fresh, plenty of towels, and the best part…. it was extremely clean! The host’s guidebook has a lot of helpful information about the area restaurants and things to do that we appreciated a lot when looking for places to eat. We enjoyed and recommend the restaurants in Matlacha. Nice quiet neighborhood, beautiful view from the dock. Patrick was very pleasant and quick to answer the few questions we had. Thank you for sharing your home. We hope to stay again!

Location location location great setting

Location was great and the property was near immaculate. Had a few bumps in the road but discussed with owners and they have already resolved most of them. They are adding a large deck for additional space outdoors. That will make for an even greater experience than we had. 5 stars for sure.

A beautiful property

I would give this property more than 5 stars if I could. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay perfect in every way. You won't find anything here that isn't done right, from the location on the canal to the pool and deck, the fully equipped kitchen, the large comfortable rooms, the bathrooms and showers, etc. They must have a great cleaning crew as everything is squeaky clean, believe me, I'm picky. You would never guess this is a rental unit, there are none of the usual signs of rental fatigue. The owner is 100% engaged whenever you need him. We will be back!

5 Star Stay in Cape Coral

Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The property is clean and neat, neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Kids had a great pool to enjoy, caught fish off the dock, loved the toys and games, and we had plenty of space in the house to spread out. Beds and linens are comfy and plush. Comfy & Cozy

The owners have considered every detail to make this property a 5 star. Everything was top quality, the washing appliances, the furniture, electronics, fully stocked kitchen, and very clean linens. I usually bring my own towels and linens but I felt very comfortable using theirs. I would highly recommend this property.
