VRCC Villa Mosa

Villa Mosa is located in Cape Coral's most desired Yacht Club location and was remodelled from the scratch until 2022. The villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood and away from other major streets. The western exposure allows you to enjoy beautiful sunsets in the evenings and sunshine all day on the pool deck. The adjoining canal has the maximum width in Cape Coral and on top of that you can enjoy the sunsets from the beginning of this intersection. Privacy to the neighbours is given not only on land side by the beautifully landscaped garden, but by the wide channel also water side. Very often you also can see dolphins and manatees right at the dock.

Highly recommended is to rent the boat additionally to this house. This is the perfect spot for boaters since you are right on the open water. It's just a quick ride to gain access to little islands and the beautiful islands Captiva or Sanibel. The right boat can optionally be booked in addition to this house and will be handed over to you by an expert boatman on arrival. You will then find out about boat instructions and tips on site. All our boats have powerful engines GPS system with depth measurement and fish-finder function, cool box, cabin and Bluetooth radio. BOATING IN FLORIDA IS ALLOWED WITHOUT A LICENSE !!

Our villa has been completely gutted and rebuilt in 2022. Everything is new. Nothing is originally, not even the drain pipes. New floors, walls, roof, kitchen, bathrooms, appliances and furniture. Literally everything is new. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms offer big king-size beds, 1 room offers 2 full size beds and the last bedroom offers 4 bunk beds. The spacious living and dining area is the heart of this villa. Our kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything a chef needs to enjoy working in the kitchen. All bathrooms are equipped with new and contemporary appliances.

This villa is a perfect spot for a couple getaway or a family vacation.

Family trip was great

This place is beautiful and is maintained well. The kitchen, living room and pool area are designed and fully equipped for entertainment. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and new. We loved the hot tub and lounging on the back patio. We enjoyed our time there and will try to stay again next year.The only negatives were the extra fee per KWH for electricity, sand and toys in the pool, and full trash cans from the last occupants.

Perfect size and great accomodation

We really enjoyed the house and pool. It was designed well for a multi family group. We found the location allows easy access to activities and restaurants. As an added bonus, we really enjoyed the staff at all the restaurants, they were efficient and friendly.

Family fun vacation

House was absolutely beautiful. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need. Lots of pool toys, cookies, cooler, etc. However, owners should reconsider property manager. Had an issue so I called. Call returned over an hour later. Was told she didn’t hear her phone ring. Essentially the garbage cans are located on side of house outside window of bunk room where my 1 year old granddaughter slept. We killed over 100 flies that made their way into the room. Found garbage cans full of garbage and many more flies outside and maggots inside garbage cans. Understand heat plus garbage= maggots but why isn’t management company checking to make sure all garbage cans go out to the curb weekly? They seemed unconcerned about the time we had to spend killing and cleaning up so my granddaughter could sleep in a room free of flies. Sent several requests through app and email requesting for some consideration for our troubles. I’m being ignored. Guess they got my money and are no longer interested in making amends with a past customer.

Perfection with all the extras

Property exceeded our expectations! It was absolutely beautiful, clean and well appointed. It had all the amenities I would bring from home to make my stay more comfortable… dirty laundry baskets for each bedroom, box fans for each room, even makeup wash clothes! Bluetooth music boxes, floats and pool toys, plenty of seating, bicycles coolers 2 dishwashers two refrigerators two sets of washers and dryers and even an ice maker. Highly recommend this place to stay. We all loved it! On our stay we rented a boat from Ingo on Boatsetter ( boat was amazing) and rode to Sanibel and watched the July 4th fireworks. We also highly recommend eating a Rum Runners!! We will book again!!

Great alternative to a beach condo!

We normally rent a condo on the beach. We decided a weekend with a boat would be fun! This house gave us the best of both worlds. The house was great. In addition to the bathrooms and bedrooms there was plenty of space in the common area for all of is to be together. The rental manager was great and helped w the boat rental and lots of tios for local boating areas for a beach day and dinning. We will back for sure

Amazing!!!

Villa Mosa is absolutely gorgeous! The house was clean and abundantly stocked with everything you need. My family enjoyed hanging out by the pool during the day and the hot tub at night. We also love the beach and drove to Sanibel Island to visit Bowman’s Beach. This beach is definitely the best on Sanibel Island! We found so many beautiful sea shells at Bowman’s beach. It’s about a 45 minute drive from the house, but you will not regret it!!

This place is in a great location. The property itself is very well maintained and impeccably kept. Everything feels light, bright and airy, and most importantly clean. Comfy beds! Nicely stocked with cookware and Tupperware to use while vacationing. Check-in process so easy. Highly recommend

Awesome Property

Perfect for a large group with the bedrooms on the perimeter each with their own bathroom. We lived out by the pool/hot tub and on the covered patio. Very clean with everything you need if you want to cook. Quiet neighborhood. Our visit was 2 months after Ian. We were able to do what we wanted except go to the local beaches. We hired a boat and captain to take us to a beach. They will pick you up at the property.

Amazing!

The house was beautiful, we rented a boat and it was great. We were either at the house or on the boat. Great family time for all the adults and kids. The property managers were so attentive and helpful. We will be using them again.

Wonderful stay at Villa Mosa

We just got back from our 6-night stay at Villa Mosa, and it was everything we hoped for in a rental! Recently renovated with higher-end amenities, bedding/towels, appliances, etc. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Even has 2 kayaks (with PFDs), beach gear (chairs, sun umbrella, coolers, beach wagon). They thought of everything! Quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. So happy with our stay, we would absolutely rent here again.

Awesome place - truly fully equipped!

This place is amazing. It has everything you would want, plus a lot more you wouldn't expect. There is a fridge in the garage for extras like water and beer, a couple of kayaks for a runabout in the canal, bikes for rides through the neighbourhoods. The communication with the property manager was excellent and she was totally accomodating. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Accommodations

This newly renovated property wasn't lacking in any way. The owners clearly have pride of ownership and have thought of everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The home was well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. Each bedroom has access to its own bathroom. There are two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two sets of washers and dryers. We absolutely loved our stay. The VRCC boat rental service was so convenient. We had a fantastic time here!
