The host was not kind when my family reached out regarding the bed in the primary suite.Although we were gone most of the time, the one time they used the pool we realized there was a rat living on top the sauna. Clearly, they were aware of the issue because they had rodent bait in the storage room along with ant bait.The internet was not working properly and the tv remote for the living room was sticky and the main use buttons were punched out. When I did reach out to the host, I got attitude and she stated, “if you had let me know when you got there, we would have done something!” As I stated, we were gone most of the time and when we did use the house I reached out to the host. The microwave handle was broken at the bottom causing an injury to my sister’s hand. We travel to Florida multiple times a year and this was the first time I had ever experienced a stay like this!
