The Space:
The villa itself features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and boasts approximately 2100 square foot of interior living space. The large open concept kitchen is fully equipped and can accommodate foodies of all types. The living room features vaulted ceilings, a huge flatscreen TV, and plenty of high end seating for larger groups. There is a dining table with seating for six next to the kitchen that overlooks the golf course and patio. The bedroom are configured as follows: King bed in master bedroom with en-suite bathroom featuring a walk in shower and soaking tub, king bed in guest bedroom 1, and queen bed in guest bedroom 2 (both of these bedrooms share a bathroom that is located in the hallway and features a walk in shower).

The lanai is perfectly equipped for those guests that love indoor outdoor living and features an enormous pool with heater, a large pool cage, and sunshades that can be deployed with a remote to provide guests with shade when seated on the lanai.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole property. Guests have access to Cape Royal amenities including golf and restaurants, as Cape Royal is a public golf course they will be responsible for any golfing related fees.

We are available as often as needed but provide guests privacy during their stay
