Recentemente ristrutturato, favolosa casa sul lungolago a SW Cape Coral! Vacanze sugli otto laghi con esposizione a sud a Villa Thunderbird View! Panorami incantevoli sul lago di Thunderbird con un veloce accesso diretto al Golfo del Messico! Venite a rilassarvi in questa ampia villa con 4 camere da letto e 2 bagni, situata in una tranquilla strada senza uscita. Questa casa è molto ben arredata con arredi e decorazioni. La bella cucina aperta con ripiani in granito e nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inox è dotata di tutto il necessario. Altri servizi includono una grande (doppia) piscina riscaldata, un tavolo da biliardo, un molo a bordo di un capitano. L'area principale ha alcuni grandi armadi walk-in e vi è un atrio in bagno. Tutta la casa ha finestre architettoniche bellissime e soffitti a volta. Tutte le 4 camere da letto hanno un letto king size e due bagni sono full-size con il maestro dotato di una vasca e doccia separata. Vi è una TV a schermo piatto nel soggiorno e in tutte le camere da letto. Wi-Fi in tutta la casa. Villa Thunderbird View si trova ed è vicino a tutti i negozi e ristoranti. Vicino a Tarpon Point Marina e Cape Harbour. Due squisiti laghi di acqua salata, Thunderbird Lake e Britannia Lake, ancorano questa comunità esclusiva e sono progettati in configurazioni a quadrifoglio per panorami d'acqua ottimali. Questi laghi artificiali offrono ai residenti la ricreazione del cortile e un facile accesso alle tiepide brezze del Golfo del Messico da una località della città.

Nota: l'elettricità viene addebitata separatamente per questa casa al prezzo di $ 12 al giorno. Location is great - customer service wasn't the most timely in their responses.

The house was on a quiet street, close to businesses and was very nice inside with a great view. Suggestion would be to have lap blankets or afghans on the couch. Nothing to cover up with except a large quilt.However, we reported an issue with a murky hot tub on Monday, Mar. 10th and then followed up later the next day checking on when the pool person would be out and let them know that now the pool was very green as well. The pool person showed up on Mar. 12th, state he hadn't been out for 2 weeks, then added a lot of chemical to clean both the pool and hot tub making them unusable until after dinner. This was a big disappointment for our grandkids as we planned to be in the pool and hot tub that day since it was our last full day at the property. We ended up going to a fun park for the grandkids which cost us money we hadn't planned to spend.We are trying to work with the owner and property management company but no response after multiple text message. I would not recommend due to the lack of response on the pool/hot tub issues.

Great vacation rental

This house was everything as described. Beautiful house, well stocked kitchen, and great pool. My grandkids loved the pool! The only disappointment was a nice pool table with all but one pool cue damaged with broken tips. The table looks like it could use a good cleaning too. Other than the table, the house was great. Would definitely consider renting again.

Perfect stay!

This was our favorite location we've stayed at in Cape Coral. We loved being on the "lake" versus a narrow canal. The sunset views were outstanding. The deck was super nice next to the lake. We fished off the dock and caught a couple of fish. It was cooler in the lanai pool area, which was nice! The pool was extremely clean, along with the house itself. Everything was in working order. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic Place!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house was fantastic. We enjoyed the deck, pool and hot tub and used them regularly. The location allowed us to see many sites around the area.

House was OK, management company was terrible

Overall the house was OK. The property mgt was terrible though. I have multiple text threads with the mgt company (Roelens Vacations) as documented proof. On the first day I reported that the pool heater and pool light were not working and after 7 nights and checking out, they still were not fixed. Pool company came on day 4 and said the filter was "very dirty" and he wasn't authorized to replace it, of fix the light or the heater. The pool filter was very dirty because half of the roof rain run off flows directly into the pool turning it yellow/brown (videos and images sent to the property mgr). 2 cockroaches were discovered in the kitchen (one was in a bag of food) and we were told not to worry as they are normal in Florida and that pest control would be out. They also never showed up during our 7 days. After our vacation, we contacted pest control ourselves and found out that the mgt company wasn't honest regarding their interactions with us. I suspect the same about the pool light and heater based upon neither being fixed. We contacted the property mgr daily as well as the main office about our concerns. The prop mgr showed up on our last day and was shocked at how the pool looked due to the filter and rain run off. We kept hearing "I am working on it" but nothing was resolved. The office manager was supposed to call us once we left. That was 5 days ago and still nothing even tho I have texted daily to the property mgr. Very disappointed in our stay.

the home was nice, had several things that didnt work bathroom sinks, several broken chairs on the deck to name a few. The kitchen was recently redone was nice. The management team was NON RESPONSIVE. The vacation was awesome - before vaca the management team responded to text, emails -after they got our payment and we needed them - NO response.

Thunderbird View

Overall the home was fine. I rated it 3 out of 5 stars because it’s in need of some general updating and repair. Everything worked , but it was a little below what I would want for this level of expense. For example- a couple cabinet doors in kitchen we’re in poor condition. Some of the furniture showed obvious wear . The main slider to the patio( where you’ll spend most of your time) was dirty and didn’t operate smoothly. The lanai was in disrepair and the pool needs work. Again, nothing disastrous, but certainly sub par.

Amazing Week

The house was beautiful and well described. The views were amazing. There was 7 of us and we were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were set to the perfect temperatures and very clean. The Dock was an amazing touch. The home is close to all amenities and we walked to most places we went. I wouldn’t change a thing and we will be back soon!

A nice getaway!

This was a nice getaway for my family. The pool was a huge hit with our kids! The deck area was used every morning for coffee and fishing. All the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Overall our stay was relaxing and enjoyable!

Excellent vacation

House was exactly as you see in the photos. Amazing view and pool area. Really appreciate that they would turn up the pool heater when cooler weather was coming. Overall great experience and would stay here again.

Great place to stay..

Our entire family had a wonderful time. There were bikes and kayaks as well as beautiful sunrises and sunsets to see from the deck. We had two small issues and they were handled immediately and so professionally. We highly recommend this property..

Wonderful Last minute stay...1st VBRO experience

This was our very first VBRO experience. We were not sure what to expect. We were very pleased with our experience. We enjoyed playing pool, bbqing, lounging on the dock and swimming. There were kayaks, fishing poles, beach toys/chairs available that we didn't use. We really enjoyed the privacy that the property offered. The sunsets were exactly as pictured. Absolutely breath taking! The house was large and we could see how our family would enjoy it also-we plan to bring them when we come back. The management company was responsive as they were addressing a past guest's request for repairs. We imtend to tell our friends as we can not wait to come back
