The property is characterized by its proximity to the open water. In a few minutes, without passing locks and bridges, you can already experience the beauty of the Gulf Coast. At Villa Inspiration you can not only slow down in style, it is also the ideal basis for excursions to attractive destinations in the area.

The villa impresses with a clear and well thought-out design. A balance between stylish and comfortable distinguishes this exclusive domicile. Floor-to-ceiling glass fronts blur the boundaries between inside and outside and give a clear view of the pool deck and the waterways. The floor in a noble wood look gives the living area an elegant and warm look. The generous kitchen delights gourmets with its high-quality equipment. State-of-the-art kitchen appliances including a Nespresso machine leave nothing to be desired. What is conjured up here can be enjoyed in the chic dining area with a dream view of the pool and canal.

In the living area, an elegant leather sofa and a 75 inch TV invite you to cozy TV evenings. There are no limits to entertainment: Thanks to the integrated Apple TV, you can even receive German TV programs. The loudspeaker system from Sonos (WLAN speaker) provides acoustic delight. So you can listen to your favorite radio station at home or your personal playlist on your own mobile device throughout the house.

The luxurious temporary feel-good home accommodates up to six guests. There are three bedrooms with king-size beds and two newly designed bathrooms. Thanks to effective salt electrolysis, you can swim and splash freely in chlorine-free water. This contains only about a tenth of the salt content of sea water and is a benefit for the skin. The sunken swimming pool is framed by an attractive pool deck in light natural stone. In the evening, sophisticated pool and outdoor lighting provide attractive effects. On cooler days - or nights - the jacuzzi with a panoramic view of the canal is the perfect place for relaxing wellbeing. The pool deck or the romantic terrace directly on the water are the ideal setting for a sundowner. If you are lucky, dolphins or manatees will pass by in the adjacent channel at this very moment. A vacation day cannot end more atmospheric.
There are two kayaks available to explore the area from the water.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
