Inside, the open floor plan runs bright and airy beneath 15-foot ceilings, with floor-to-ceiling windows pulling the lake into nearly every room. The chef's kitchen anchors the main living space, built around a large custom island with granite counters, matching GE appliances, and a double oven that makes cooking for a crowd easy. Three bedrooms and two and a half baths give everyone room to settle in, and a versatile den with a daybed adds a flexible spot for an afternoon nap, a quiet work session, or a little extra room to spread out.

Outside is where the home really opens up. The screened paver lanai wraps around a heated saltwater pool and built-in spa, with a picture-window screen framing those lake sunrises without a single obstruction. There's a patio for grilling and sunbathing, plus lounge areas in both the front and back of the home, so you can chase the shade or the sun depending on the hour.

The waterfront comes with its own playground. A private dock puts you right at the edge of Lake Shamrock — part of Cape Coral's Seven Lakes Chain, a run of connected freshwater lakes and canals made for paddling and casting a line. Kayaks and paddleboards are on site and ready to launch, and beach chairs, a cooler, and bikes round out everything you need to get out and explore.

And there's plenty worth exploring. Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve is a short drive away, with shaded mangrove boardwalks and a fishing pier reaching out over the water. Families tend to gravitate toward Sun Splash Family Waterpark just up the road, while the white-sand Yacht Club beach and the cluster of waterfront restaurants along SE 47th Terrace sit a quick drive south. Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach, and the Gulf are all within easy reach whenever you're ready to trade the lake for the coast.
