The Space:

Bring your own boat or rent one locally and head out for fishing, sightseeing, and Gulf adventures. After a day on the water, fire up the gas grill or enjoy an outdoor meal on the screened lanai.



Inside, the spacious layout offers two living areas, giving everyone room to gather or relax. The main living room features a large sectional and a 75” smart TV, while the game room offers a pool table for friendly competition. A second living area includes a sleeper sofa, loveseat, and 65” smart TV.



The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, a farmhouse sink, stainless steel appliances, and a Breville espresso machine. An adjacent dining table seats eight, making it easy to share meals and plan the next day's adventures.



The primary suite features a king bed, 55” smart TV, direct access to the lanai, and a private en suite bathroom with a double vanity, jetted soaking tub, and tiled walk-in shower. A second bedroom offers a queen bed and private bathroom, while two additional queen bedrooms share a full bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa provides extra sleeping space.



Step outside to the screened lanai, furnished with comfortable cushioned seating, three pool loungers, and an outdoor dining table for four. The 6-foot-deep saltwater pool offers a refreshing place to cool off under the Florida sun, while the private dock accommodates boats up to 24 feet for access to the surrounding waterways.



IMPORTANT: THE SALTWATER POOL IS NOT HEATED. Pool water temperatures will vary depending on the weather and outdoor conditions, so please keep this in mind when booking.
