Moderna 3 camere da letto casa piscina indipendente

Benvenuti nella nostra bella villa in Florida, che si trova su un ampio canale di acqua dolce con incantevoli giardini a SE Cape Coral. La piscina riscaldata con recinzione in rete di sicurezza del bambino staccabile si affaccia sul canale e giardini con accesso alla piscina e lanai (patio) da quattro camere più un bagno tramite porte finestre scorrevoli. L'intera casa con l'eccezione della camera dei bambini è costruita intorno alla piscina e lanai con ampie vetrate scorrevoli. Queste porte sono dotate di allarmi a prova di bambino. La villa con la sua superficie abitabile di 2200 m² è costruita per un design in camera divisa ideale per 2 famiglie e comprende 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni, cucina a pianta aperta con bar per la colazione, 2 sale da pranzo, ampia camera familiare e salotto. La villa è singola storia con soffitti cattedrale, di proprietà privata con accesso facile sedia a rotelle. Nuovi mobili sono stati recentemente acquistati per gran parte della villa. Abbiamo anche modernizzato la cucina e installato una nuova gabbia per piscina estesa. Se non si desidera avventurarsi fuori la proprietà è l'ideale per una vacanza tranquilla in un ambiente privato splendido.
Puoi sederti sul molo e goderti la tranquilla tranquillità del canale, pescare al largo del molo o kayak nel canale. Bastoncini da pesca, mazze da golf, biciclette sono forniti.

The house was good for what we needed and we were perfect for the house. The house is a bit quirky and needs some updates (a cabinet almost feel on my head when I opened it, the lights flicker and may not turn on all the way, the pool heater didn't work, and the white couches in the entry living room could not be used as it would cover you in the white leather pieces). With that said we loved the location, the house did have amazing features that were great for our larger family, the neighbors were awesome, and we saw lots of wildlife. The dock was probably our favorite part of the whole house and even if the pool was cold we enjoyed the available space it offered. The hosts were very easy to talk to and communicated through Vrbo (no check-in packet at house) but was easy to understand and we had everything we needed for check in and check out.

All items listed not there or usable. No hot tub or kayak. Golf clubs unusable. Carpet in master needs cleaned or replaced. Kitchen and laundry wonderful. Was very clean.

A nice place in a very quiet neighborhood

The house is as advertised. It was very comfortable, plenty of towels, dishware etc. Any problems we had were taken care of in a very timely manner. The beds were very comfortable. There is no parking in the garage but the driveway is large enough to accommodate 4 cars. There is no cable tv but there was 1 ROKU and antennas for some analog stations. We bought another ROKU for ourselves and that was sufficient. As I said in the title, it is a very nice neighborhood. Grocery stores, drugstores, and restaurants are all nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

First impressions were disappointing

Nice home and great location. Pictures were deceiving as carpet, ceiling fans, vents and some kitchen items were dirty. Vanity lights in 2nd bathroom not working. Panels missing in blinds for privacy. Overall, the pool and surrounding area were great despite not being able to use it for 5 days because the pool heating system only worked sporadically due to the breaker switch tripping. Disintegrating pool cover left plastic pieces in the pool. In general, the host was responsive to our concerns. With some maintenance and updates, this would be a fabulous VRBO stay. We will not be staying here again.

Lots of problems

Biggest thing was no hot water, and know efforts to fix. Many of the outdoor furniture was broken. Dishes in the cabinet had dirty food on them. Was told that the people before us also had problems with hot water. This ws one of the worst homes we've stayed in.

Great Location, beautiful quiet neighborhood

Home was exactly as pictured and very roomy. The pool was refreshing and backyard canal view very quiet and relaxing. What I especially liked about the house was the close location to stores and downtown Cape. The other plus was the availability of bicycles tat the property, truely a bonus. We would stay here again!

I would absolutely stay at this location again

My only complaint is that we couldn’t get in the property till four hours after I check in time, due to how dirty the previous renters left the property. In addition, I was extremely disappointed that the pool was not heated for our use.

Great House

Stayed here for Christmas break, house is very nice and big. Location is great. Nice neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Pool wasn’t cleaned which was a bummer. Someone came to look at it said he was going to get a vacuum and never came back. The house had spiders which I wasn’t to comfortable with. There was webs with big spiders and baby spiders in the corners of most of the house. When contacted the house manger she said it was probably because the roof was redone and they got in that way. I told her maybe the cleaning people should clean a little better she said she was the cleaner and would definitely look into that when cleaning. House manager was good and very nice and answered me right away when I texted her. Overall great stay!

This property was wonderful . It was in a great location with lots of stores close by and the home had everything you needed . before and during the stay the owners always got back to me really quickly with any questions I had > I rent alot through vbro and this was the one of the best !!!

Great communication from owners all the time. Villa was spotless and very welcoming on arrival, pictures don’t do it justice, so much space in the villa and around the pool. .pool was lovely and warm all the time. Area was great and just a short drive to all the area amenities. Hope to visit again.

April in Cape Coral

My friend and I have husbands who graciously agree to us leaving them, the dogs and Michigan winter behind for a "girls month" in Cape Coral. We had a wonderful time this year and were very grateful to Doug and Di for sharing their home with us. We were very happy with our rental home. "Pros": The home was very clean and is as pictured on the VRBO site. The location was great for us. Everything we needed or wanted to go was within a hour of the home. We went to Fort Myers, Sanibel, and Naples. We are beyond the "beach scene" age so we spent alot of our time at the pool and lanai. Cape Coral and Fort Myers beaches are within 20 -30 minutes of the house. We sometimes walk the beach at night or eat somewhere there so the distance is reasonable. The kitchen is equiped with everything you might need and pantry closet very adequate. Because we cook alot of our meals, the only thing we missed was a crockpot so we purchased one and donated it to the items already there. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of linens for both bedrooms and baths. All bedrooms have walk in closets which we really appreciated. It's nice to be able to get the luggage out of site until it's time to go home. The garage stores their boat and car so is unusable space to renters. We had a couple issues while we were there but things that are just part of home maintenance. Doug and Di were very prompt in answering my calls and did everything they could to resolve the problems quickly. The only "con": The furniture in the family room with the TV is very uncomfortable. Because we read more than watch TV, it wasn't a huge inconvenience. We used the living room or did puzzles at the table. Because of a medical emergency at home in Michigan, we had to pack to leave in a hurry a couple days early. Doug and Di were very understanding as was the cleaning woman. All in all, we had a wonderful, relaxing time and are looking forward to returning in April 2023.

Pros: Nice location, beds comfortable, plenty of space; kitchen equipped well, plenty of linen, patio/lanai very nice. Owner was willing to work with us, so definitely a plus. Cons: Biggest disappointment pool heater not functioning, owner is working on repairs. Living room furniture uncomfortable, toaster oven controls not working, ice maker not working, dryer took extra cycles to dry clothes, no ladder on dock so couldn't use kayak, and a few other items with a list sent to owner.

Very nice home

The owners are very accommodating and there were plenty of supplies for me to use. The place is very clean and in a safe neighborhood. The location is convenient and easy to get groceries and sight see. The photos are accurate that you see on VRBO. The open floor plan is well designed and very spacious. The pool is wonderful! I enjoyed my time there a lot. I would definitely stay there again.
