INDOOR LIVING:

Living Room: As soon as you walk through the door you get a beachy vacation vibe. The living room has plenty of seating for the whole group with a 58” smart TV with streaming access to xfinity and all of the popular streaming apps. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a sunny day at the beach.

Living Room #2: This space is open to the kitchen and has a breakfast bar as well as a pub bar for your enjoyment. The pub bar works great as a desk and has a view of the beautiful pool. This room also has another couch and TV with access to the lanai and pool area from the sliding doors.

Dining area: There is a large dining table with seating for 8 to enjoy a home cooked meal. The dining area has large sliding doors with a view and access to the covered lanai and pool area.

Kitchen: Accessed from both living spaces, it is fully equipped with all major appliances as well as some smaller ones, including a blender, toaster, coffee maker & air fryer. There is plenty of dinnerware, glasses, silverware and pots and pans to create home cooked meals.

Bedrooms: Master bedroom has a queen bed with TV, en suite bathroom and walk in closet. 2nd Bedroom has a queen bed with en suite half bath. 3rd bedroom has twin beds that can be pushed together to make a King if you desire. (Let us know prior to arrival and we will have that ready.) Queen pull-out bed in the living room and air mattress if needed. Pack n play is also provided.

Garage: In the garage you will find 4 bicycles, a cooler, beach chairs, skimboards, basketball, volleyball, football and cornhole (bag toss) game. We would appreciate it if you could return all items clean and ready for the next person’s use. There is also an electric inflatable pump.

OUTDOOR LIVING:

Lanai: Out on the Lanai, you will find a 6-person patio table, a bar that has a window from the kitchen you can hand your cocktails/food through and a TV to watch your favorite shows or sporting events. You also have a view and access to the pool and both living areas.

Pool yard: The pool is large enough to float for hours on one of our floaties or swim some laps. Play a game of tiki toss or take a nap poolside in one of our 4 loungers or in the amazing Cape Cabana! There is also a 4-person table in the pool yard to enjoy a snack. Fire up the grill and have a BBQ or grill up some of the fresh fish you catch on one of the nearby charters. Nighttime swims out there are amazing with the ambience of the changing-colored pool lights. There is access to one bathroom from the pool yard.

We charge a $20 a day fee to use the pool heater.

Back yard: Outside of the pool cage, there is a privately fenced in backyard with plenty of space to play a game of corn hole (bag toss).
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the property, pool area, yard and garage.

-Peaceful residential neighborhood in SE Cape Coral. *There is a possibility of construction in the area due to Hurricane Ian.
-Near the corner of Del Prado Blvd and Coronado Pkwy, where you will find lots of restaurants, bars and shopping close by.
-1.1 mile away from Downtown Cape Coral (47th Terrace) featuring a wide variety of bars, restaurants, shopping and Farmers Market on Saturdays.
-Veterans park is 500 ft away with basketball courts, lighted bocce ball courts as well as a picnic area and playground equipment.
-10 miles to Historic Downtown Fort Myers
-12 miles to Fort Myers Beach
-17 miles to Sanibel Island
-28 miles to Captiva Island
-2.4 miles down the road is the Cape Coral Yacht Club Community Park with public pool, beach area, fishing pier, tennis courts and boat launch.

Lawn Crew comes on Mondays and Pool maintenance comes on Tuesdays. Our maintenance crews will never enter the home. They are very fast and should only be onsite for 10-20 minutes. In case of bad weather, they may need to adjust the day or time they come.
