LUX Suite provides a renovated and redesigned bathroom with a sizable walk-in shower, double sinks, spacious closet, TV, high end design and luxurious king size canopy bed. After a fun day in the sun you’ll love to drift off into slumber in this suite!

BDR2 has a comfy queen bed that does not skimp on style. Spacious nightstands for your vacation gear and plenty of outlets to charge your devices. This bedroom also has its own TV for those rainy days.

BDR3 is similar in style with its own queen bed, closet, and nightstands to set your devices down for a charge or hold your morning coffee.

BDR4 can sleep 4-5 kids comfortably or 3 adults with our twin + full bunk + twin trundle. The bigger and little kids will all want to stay in this room. We keep it styled right out of the design magazine, but also keep it fun for the kiddos. OFFICE space is shared with this room, but can be a separate private space if you need to remote work or have some homework to do while on vacation. (Let’s hope there’s not much of that on vacation)

Spacious LIVING ROOM with TALL ceiling and 65” Smart TV. Sectional can seat several or just stretch out and take an afternoon nap. The kitchen is just steps away for your convenience.

FULL KITCHEN is the heart of the home for enjoying time together! Newly redesigned kitchen that will make you want to stay in and prepare a meal! We like to cook a bit on vacation so you should have all the dishes, utensils, and appliances you need to host your group, but if something is missing let us know and we’ll try our best to take care of it! There is a Keurig for your morning coffee needs, and a spacious fridge that will hold enough food for the entire group!

The LANAI offers great spaces to gather in the sun, enjoy the pool, and have a meal with a large group. LOUNGE chairs for those who like to sun bath by the pool. Should have comfortable seating for 12. GRILL is BYOP (bring your own propane) The tank may be full when you arrive, but if not please refill and pay it forward for the next guest!

Let’s be honest time in the sun is why you’re here! PRIVATE POOL with toys provided but use with care because they can pop easy. Have fun but be safe, no glass near or in the pool, and use the pool at your own risk! Pool temp is set to 80 degrees, if it’s a bit too chilly the pool can be HEATED for an extra $35 per day. (Pump runs from 7am - 7pm each day so the extra heat ensures a comfortable temp in the evening.), Sanibel, Captiva Island, and Fort Myers beach are all within a 45min drive. PLENTY of other beaches for days trips and exploring.

There is a LAUNDRY room with washer and dryer! Don’t do too much though you’re on vacation! Please throw all towels in the laundry room before you check-out. Our cleaning staff appreciates it!
