VRBO House with nice solar heated pool and lanai, close to restaurants.

House is on quiet street with no thru traffic and close to salt water canal. Old Cape Coral is only 3 miles away with great restaurants and bars, Rumrunners along with other shopping is close by at Cape Harbour and is a great evening place to mingle. Also 3 miles from Sun Splash Family water park, and miniature golf. Lots of room for the family!!

It was very nice to have a house that had everything we needed. Comfy beds, very spacious, pool area, quiet neighborhood. We would have liked a tv in the bedrooms. I know we were there for vacation and not to sit in front of a tv, but with our son with special needs, it would have been helpful. Also, having extra toilet paper and paper towels would have been great. No extra on hand. The pool was not "heated" like we thought. It is solar heated, so in December it does not get as much sun. The pool area is very nice to sit by and enjoy.

What a perfect home away from home! I stayed with my 2 kiddos and we all really loved the home ! We were there for my son’s baseball tournament and the location ended up being perfect ! The kitchen was fully stocked so I was able to cook healthy meals which is a must. We enjoyed the pool to cool off in the evenings too. I can’t say enough good things about the owners hospitality and great communication. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were nice too. I would absolutely recommend this VRBO!! We would definitely book again.

This Vrbo was perfect for the 6 of us with 3 spacious bedrooms, 4 beds, 2 dining areas, 2 full baths, 1 lanai, and a heated pool to enjoy! This house had everything we needed plus some! Lots of amenities! We would definetly stay here again!

Lovely house in a quiet neighborhood

We had a nice stay with family, we were all in town for my daughter's graduation from college. The house is in a great location, clean and had everything we needed in it for our stay, I would rent it again anytime.

Nice Quiet Place but still Close to Everything

This property was very nice and in a very quiet neighborhood. Pool was awesome for the kids and we were still in a location that was close to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely like to stay there again.

Great Stay.

We had a wonderful 4 week stay. The property is located very centrally for Cape Coral. Everything that you need for a stay is provided The pool is fantastic, the temperature of the solar heated pool is perfect, a little nip on the surface but beautifully warm when you’re in. We would really recommend this property and if we return to the area it certainly would be top of our list.

Great place to stay. Central location. Pool and covered patio were amazing. Having the little extras available such as dishwasher tabs, dish soap, toilet paper etc was a nice touch.

Great Place!

Great place to stay! Owners are very kind and easily accessible when needed! House is perfect for a family staying together. My 3 and 5yo enjoyed the pool very much! Neighborhood is quiet and only a 5-10 minute drive to restaurants and shopping! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Place

Kevin and Donna have a very clean and well maintained property. The kitchen is well stocked and suitable for a long stay. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and all the furniture was comfortable as well. The pool is fantastic and seems to be at the right temperature for a warm day. Not too warm or cool, just right. There are lots of great restaurants within a short drive. We found Salty Sam's wonderful and a drive to Pine Island is worth it for the scenery as well as several nice places to eat. This is a very nice place to stay when in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area. A clean and comfortable place with very responsive owners. '

Family Holiday vacation

This property was beautiful, convenient and very well furnished. I had everything I needed in the well stocked kitchen to make Christmas dinner. The pool is very nice as well. Communication with the owner was excellent. Hope to stay here again soon.

Best Trip Ever.

This place is an absolute gem! The home is immaculate, well-organized, and thoughtfully appointed. The pool was FANTASTIC and a great place to chill out in the evenings. The home is spacious, inviting, and comfortable with a hundred thoughtful touches. It's also perfectly located so you're a short drive to pretty much everything! The owners were very responsive and they sincerely want to give guests a great experience. Can't wait to come back!
