The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortably in this beautiful set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious coastal design with a great floor plan with a sunken living room, very large kitchen with tons of counterspace. The split floor plan gives plenty of privacy but lots of gathering options to hang out and entertain. The main bedroom is set up to the left of the home with its own en-suite bathroom, shower and tub. The guest wing features 1 king bedroom, a shared bathroom that can be accessed from the hallway as well as a queen bedroom with garden views.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view of the living space as well as lanai.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
The home features bicycles to get around the neighborhood and a stroller provided by the owner.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, just relaxing and enjoying the piece. The outdoor patio is a great oasis surrounded by lush and tropical landscape which gives the home tons of privacy.
