VRCC Villa Harbour Bay

This luxurious 4 bedroom villa is located right in the marina, in the best residential area and is perfectly south facing. Such a house in this location is unique in Cape Coral. Cape Coral's beach and restaurants are within walking distance.

The villa has all the amenities you would expect from a luxury home. Four spacious bedrooms are available to our guests. A gallery with a game room and a view of the river. The villa has 3 bathrooms, each with a shower.

The living and dining area is spacious and is completed by a fully equipped luxury kitchen. In addition to standard appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice machine etc., you will find everything you need to cook in this kitchen

The outdoor area is another highlight of this house. With 400sqft and a pool landscape that also deserves this name, you can enjoy the sun all day long on the pool deck thanks to the south orientation.

The villa has WiFi, cable TV and HD TV

For boat enthusiasts, this house is the perfect choice. It is a 5min beautiful boat route to the Caloosahatchee river which offers quick access to the Gulf of Mexico.The right boat can optionally be booked in addition to this house and will be handed over to you by an expert boatman on arrival. You will then find out about boat instructions and tips on site. All our boats have powerful engines GPS system with depth measurement and fish-finder function, cool box, cabin and Bluetooth radio. BOATING IN FLORIDA IS ALLOWED WITHOUT A LICENSE !!

wifi didnt work half the stay it was dirty had the wrong code to get into the place lucky there was a sliding door that was unlocked this took place at 1am will not be staying there ever again

Beautiful house great location

Let the stress melt away in this beautiful, clean, huge house. Great location to walk (or quick ride for elders) to Boathouse bar and grill and beach access area. Amazing view and pool area. Yes those chairs were on the dock as pictured and was my personal favorite spot to relax. Plenty of space for the 8 of us and our small dog.

If you value privacy, do not stay here.

The house, pool, and city are great, we visit Cape Coral often. Here is the breakdown of our 5 night stay: Monday check in, door codes did not work. According to the reviews, this appears to be an ongoing issue that has not been resolved along with horribly smelling towels and the ice machine is still broke. Tuesday, a representative from management showed up to read the electric meter and have me sign paperwork for our stay. You must pay for electricity used, if this was in the VRBO description, I would have passed on this property. Not to mention the visit from property management for check in and the promise that they will show up the morning of checkout, was daunting. Wednesday, the construction next door had workers peering into the pool area. Thursday, saw someone walking in the pool enclosure, unannounced, it was the pool lady. Yes, the information book says the pool is maintained the same time every week, however, it doesn’t tell you what day or time. Friday, while I am at the store and my wife is alone sitting on the pool deck, a maintenance man walks into the pool enclosure. This startled my wife and is unacceptable. Saturday, the anticipation of the property representative arriving at an unknown time had me sleeping with one eye open. I’ve used VRBO for 20+ years and I’ve never left a bad review, but I feel that others should know what they are getting into before spending their hard earned money. Respectfully, Tom

Beautiful home, great location.

Really enjoyed our family stay here. House is in a great location. We opted to add the boat rental and it was there waiting for us. The boat house restaurant/fueling station is conveniently located at the end of the canal making it very convenient to hop on the boat and grab a quick frozen drink, a bite to eat, and or listen to some live music. The pool was cool and refreshing. My only gripe (and it’s a small one) is the grill needs to be cleaned in a specific way, with specific materials and cleaning supplies (that the renter has to purchase if they supplies are not there) or the renter will be charged $100 dollars. Overall we had a great time and I would definitely do it again!

Beautiful outdoor space

The pool area is amazing! We spent all of our time out there. We got to see a dolphin swimming by. Very comfortable beds. House was really clean. Property staff was very easy to reach. We did need to supply a few things like extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags things like that but Publix was very close and convenient. We didn’t utilize the outdoor grill but we did cook quite a bit in the large kitchen. It was nice we could control the temperature of the pool and hot tub. Obviously in July heating either wasn’t needed as much but it was at our control. Very nice quiet neighborhood in a good location. Can’t say enough about the large pool area. Just gorgeous.

Great location

Overall had a great stay here. Location is perfect with easy access to the bay and ocean if you have a boat. House was very nice, pool area was perfect. Minor imperfections make this a 4 versus a perfect 5. There are some things that could be updated but nothing that would make me not want to stay again. Whole home audio - needs Bluetooth access. Master bedroom mattress is very soft and headboard is peeling. Great stay with the family and had a wonderful time, absolutely would stay here again.

Great family getaway house

My family ha a wonderful vacation at the Villa Harbour Bay. It was clean and spacious for us. The pool and view was amazing. Great location, close to everything and easy access to stores and restaurants.

Great for family!

This home was great for our family of 5. Plenty of room with ample space for family of two teenagers and younger child. Lovely heated pool and hot tub that we enjoyed every day of our stay. Thank you VRCC!

Nice home, great location, updates needed

We had a very nice stay at this property. The location is wonderful with a great view. House is beautiful in a very quiet neighborhood. Pool and outdoor area were great, we spent most of our time here. The house is spacious with room to spread out. The beds were very comfy. However, this is advertised as a luxury Mansion, attention to detail needs to be upped. Our first impression was the terrible smell from the trash in the garage. Although it had been moved to the curb, the liquid that ran out onto the garage floor stayed smelly most of the week. After unpacking inside, our feet were very dirty from the floors. They appeared clean, but a deep clean was needed. Towels smelled musty, even after washing again. Brown kitchen place mats were falling apart. The 4th upstairs bedroom has no closet, so I'm not sure how it advertised as a bedroom. Outdoor furniture cushions were filthy and we had to take them off and wash them before using them. Beds could also use new pillows. Kitchen bar stools are ripped. Some of these details are small but for the high cost of the rental spending money on new towels, pillows, place mats, etc would be nice. Property manager was kind and answered questions. Our coffee maker as it was not working upon arrival and was replaced right away. Overall we had a great stay, just need some updates to make better impressions.

Great stay, convenient

We had a great week. Great stay. Ee really enjoyed our time there. Property is great. Great outdoor set up. Great pool. Nice view. We rented a boat for a few days and it was super convenient to have the dock outside. Property manager was responsive but a repair man did stop by and come on the property to repair something in the fenced yard. It was a little weird. He got there early for an appt at 830am to meet the Property manager who gave us just 15 minutes notice following our run in wIth the stranger just outside the window. Troubling given prior reviews. This may happen often. The electricity consumption deal is odd as well. The property manager takes a meter reading prior to your arrival and when you check out. You can be charged for over consumption. We did not come close to usage but not something you want to deal with on a vacation. Just things to note but Overall a really nice week and we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, Spotless & Spacious Home - The Whole Package

The home is beautifully appointed, all the bells & whistles of a luxury escape. Spotless, updated furnishings: linens and towels were all quality, and plenty of all provided. The process online was seamless - however we arrived at the home at 3:30 and called to see if it was ok to enter. We received no call back so we went in at approx. 3:45 and unpacked. After we unpacked we were enjoying the swimming pool and were shocked to see a woman suddenly standing in the entry way! I immediately went inside to speak to her - she told me that she was the property manager & had not done her inspection yet - I explained that I was dripping on the hard wood - could she please step outside - and she just stood there - mouth gapping open - no mask. I told her she was welcome to inspect but that I was going back into the pool. It was very awkward. So imagine our surprise while having breakfast by the pool at 10am on Sunday morning ( the next day) and the same woman is at the fence - wanting to pick up paper work. At ten on a Sunday morning? why didn't she get it the previous day? and again - at the property with no mask. (I’m not a mask freak but I do not know her, and coming to inspect a supposed disinfected home without one also seemed against CDC standards). So while the rental was exceptional - I was NOT a fan of two drop-ins by the unprofessional property manager, nor her disrespect for my time & privacy at the rental property. If you rent this property - be prepared for unexpected visits. Four out of five stars because of poor property management - not the property itself.

Our visit to Cape Coral area was wonderful. Six adults used the beautiful pool area everyday.

Beautiful home and furnished with very nicely (Could use some new bar stools). The outside pool area/dock to fish was fabulous and we used it everyday. The view down the canal was so pretty. Would definitely stay at this home again.

Excellent property, Quiet, Beautiful

My husband and I and our 11 yr old son loved our relaxing stay at this beautiful home. Everything was clean and lovely, well taken care of, beautiful pool/spa. We loved every minute of it. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back! (assuming it's not already totally booked!) :-)

Wonderful vacation getaway

Such a beautiful home and fabulous location! The view down the canal to the river was amazing from the infinity pool and the upper balconies. Easy access to the Boat House Grill, beach, restaurants, bait shops and Winn-Dixie for groceries. Spent much time in the incredible pool/hot tub area. The home was very clean, well appointed and maintained. Stayed with two other couples and all commented (several times) on what a wonderful experience it was. Would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend!!!

Great rental

Went with a group of seven adults and had plenty of room. House is exactly as described. Walking distance to beach and restaurant. Only issue we had was the pool and hot tub not heating one evening. Maintenance came out the next day and replaced the filter. Took 8 hours to reheat the hot tub. The pool never got warm enough to use since temps were lower 70s. Kitchen could use a few extras for cooking. Over all great trip!
