Relax in the heated saltwater pool or challenge your crew in the fully loaded game room. This home is conveniently located just minutes from Coral Oaks Golf Course, Matlacha Isles, walking trails, parks for the kiddos, and Downtown Cape Coral!

Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a drip and K cup coffee, and is fully stocked. The sunny dining area seats six, with 4 chairs and bench style seating.

Living Room
The living room features a comfortable sectional and a recliner, perfect for relaxing while watching the mounted flat-screen TV. Double doors open to the lanai, offering a stunning view of the pool and easy access to outdoor living. Just off the living area, you`ll find a pool table and a half bath.

Master Suite
The master bedroom is located on the main floor and offers a king-sized bed, nightstand, and a flat screen TV. The attached master bath has a spa-like feel with the spacious double vanity sink, a soaking tub, and a walk in shower.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstand, a closet, and a flat screen TV.

Bathroom 2
The second bathroom features a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom features a queen sized bed, nightstand, closet, and a flat screen TV.

Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom features two full sized beds, nightstands, and a flat screen TV.

Game Room
The game room is loaded with entertainment for everyone to enjoy. It features a ping-pong table, air hockey, foosball, skee-ball, and a basketball arcade game. For a mix of fun and wellness, the space also includes a personal sauna and an elliptical machine - perfect for winding down or staying active during your stay.

Outside
The screened lanai is packed with everything you need for outdoor living. Enjoy the heated saltwater pool, relax in the sun loungers, or hang out on the sectional with ceiling fans and a flat screen TV. There`s a fire pit for those cool evenings, a gas grill and a dining table with seating for six. All of this overlooks a peaceful freshwater canal.

Electricity is metered. $6/day included. Overage charged at $2.53 per kWh. By booking, guest agrees to this policy.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation, you agree to the following:

• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.

POOL RULES
● Use the pool at your own risk. No children should be left unattended in the pool area.
● Do not enter the pool in the same clothes that were worn in the lake. This throws off the balance of the pool. If extra chemicals or cleanings are needed for excessive dirtiness, the cost is the guest`s responsibility.
