The Palms Treasure è la nostra ultima edizione per il mercato del noleggio. Appena acquistata e arredata di recente in uno stile moderno e contemporaneo questa casa ti lascerà senza parole e sicuramente rilassata nello stile. Vieni e goditi una vacanza in questo gioiello. Con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni la casa è pronta per più famiglie e anche per le famiglie più numerose. La terrazza della piscina privata con piscina e spa è allestita per il momento perfetto per prendere il sole o intrattenere la famiglia e gli amici a bordo piscina mentre si fa il barbecue sulla griglia a gas in dotazione. La master suite è una grande camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e ampio bagno padronale con cabina doccia e lavandini per lui e per lei. Una grande vasca da bagno per tutti i nostri ospiti che la apprezzano.

Le camere degli ospiti hanno ognuna il proprio bagno. La seconda suite ha un bagno adiacente che conduce anche direttamente alla piscina, mentre la terza camera da letto con due letti singoli può usare un bagno separato.

Tutte le TV in casa sono smart TV che rendono più semplice la visione dei tuoi programmi preferiti tramite il tuo account Netflix o servizi di streaming simili. La connessione Internet wireless ad alta velocità è inclusa.

Nice pool home.

Good and bad. It was a beautiful home, but needs some tlc-it is showing wear. The owner has a car stowed in the garage which was very annoying. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need for a lengthy stay. The pool/hot tub was awesome! The home needs a deep cleaning. There was plenty of lights that were burned out, including one in the pool (which they replaced per my request). The home is located on a busy street with a 45mph speed limit. Overall we had a real nice four week stay. I just think they should inspect the property more closely before each rental to insure it is ready and trouble free.

Nice house, not great location

I'll start by saying the house is beautiful. The large doors that open to the pool are awesome since our kids spent most of their time out there. The master bathroom is enormous. There are a few issues however. For starters this house is on a VERY busy road. Like, right on the road. It's insanely loud with traffic at certain times of the day and on top of that we heard sirens from ambulances or fire trucks multiple times every day, super loud. The kids spent most of their time in the pool so it wasn't the end of the world but it's a busy enough road that I wouldn't let them out in the front at all because cars FLY past the house. Cleaning and maintenance could be improved. For the most part it was clean but there are a few things that stood out to us that made us think the owners aren't real concerned about the upkeep of the property. For instance the large glass doors that go out to the pool appear that they are only cleaned as high as the cleaning crew can reach without getting on a ladder. Several burned out lightbulbs. There's a crazy number of drawers in the kitchen and master bath that aren't on track or are crooked and just need adjusting. Did these things ruin our stay? Absolutely not. They did give us an impression that the owners or management doesn't care a whole lot about the details. On the upside the kitchen is very well stocked. Lots of plastic bowls/plates/cups that are surprisingly hard to find in rental homes. Having plastic for our kids to use was great. Everything we needed for making meals. The only thing that was missing was a coffee maker with an actual coffee pot. There were 2 k-cup machines and a Nespresso machine but no coffee pot. We are people who make a pot of coffee every morning so we just went to Target and bought one then brought it home with us. The reason I took a star off of my rating is because of the terrible communication from management. One of our first days there my kids were playing in the pool when one of my daughters came in and said "There's a man by the pool". Um... WHAT!?!?

Very nice property

This home was perfect. It is beautiful and spacious. The pool and spa area was our favorite. We used the heat for pool and spa and the extra electricity was very reasonable and the rental shared the expense. The management company was friendly and easy to work with for checkout. We didn't have any concerns during our stay. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Family vacation

Lets just say this home was more than what we expected..the kids wanted to stay in the pool and hottub instead of going to the ocean... Which was also a short drive away...the house had everything we needed and annoying we didn't have was a short drive down the main road...definitely will be back again!!!!

Beautiful and spacious home. Everything imaginable is provided for cooking and enjoyment. Never wanted to leave the pool and lanai. Would definitely stay again at the property.

Better in Pictures

Great management company...house needs work. The pictures taken of this home were made to make this place look pristine and larger than it is. While the home is still very nice with its high ceiling and openness to the pool area, the house is run down. Few things we were faced with: 4 sticky stripes on the mater bedroom carpet at the entrance to the bathroom..gross to step on. The Master bathroom toilet became broken and didnt flush...with yet another call the the manager it was fixed quickly. A broken pool automated system which had us spend way too much time discussing with the management people. Pool at 79 vs where it was supposed to be at 86. This happened all but one day. Towel rack in master bedroom hanging off wall. Good luck in finding the proper light switches as there are probably 15 of them in the main area most of which seem to control nothing, Another thing that was disappointing was upon arrival, you get one role of toilet paper per bathroom, one garbage bag in then, no dish soap for sink or machine....so be prepared to go by all this stuff. When paying a thousands for a week in a supposedly luxurious home, this inconvenience and extra cost was very upsetting. Lastly, make sure you notice there is no driveway to get into the garage and note that this home is on a very busy street, so do not expect peace and quiet when lounging in the backyard. On a positive note, Markus and his team who manage this home tried hard to help with all the issues that we should not have had to deal with.
